摘要

本文对蛋白质序列的实现与优化问题进行了理论计算研究。采用蚁群优化算法(ACO)建立二维亲疏水(2DHP)模型。本文共分为三部分。在简要介绍蚁群优化和2DHP模型的基础上,提出了一种基于蚁群优化算法构建2DHP模型的方法。研究结果表明,蚁群算法在蛋白质序列理论计算中的改进是可行的。

Implementation of the protein sequence model based on ant colony optimization algorithm
The present paper concerns itself with a theoretical calculation study on implementation and optimization of protein sequence issue.
