摘要

新一代家庭健康监测系统力求具有低成本、低功耗、小体积等特点,并需要快速适应中国基于云计算的国家医疗信息化发展。针对这一趋势,本文设计了一种云辅助家庭健康监测系统。传感器可以选择性地配置,以监测相应的生理信号,这取决于患者疾病的诊断需求。该系统通过智能手机接收生理信号,通过云平台(如厦门健康云)存储生理监测数据。结合这些数据,健康云提供慢性病风险评估。临床应用表明,该系统对高血压、糖尿病患者在家即可享受健康监测和健康服务具有积极意义。
