The problem of ensuring information security for a system of the distributed situational centers gains the special importance owing to sharp increase in a set of security threats influencing them and increase in the importance of consequences from realization of these threats. Development of conceptual bases of creation of the protection system for a system of the distributed situational centers is fundamental stage in solving this problem. Materials and methods. The paper proposes a conceptual approach to ensuring information security of a system of the distributed situational centers based on classification and modeling of security threats, assessment of consequences of their realization and use of intelligent means of protection. When developing the general architecture of a system of information security, the methods of allocation of levels and components, peculiar the concept of SIEM-system, are used. Results. The conceptual model of information security threats and the architecture of an intelligent system of information security focused on it for a system of the distributed situational centers are developed. In the information security system, traditional protection means form the lower level of data collection, and intelligent protection means are located at the levels of storage, the analysis and management of security events. Conclusion. The offered approach allows us to increase the level of information security of a system of the distributed situational centers due to investment of its protection system with more effective, flexible and versatile opportunities given by intelligent protection means. More detailed illumination of questions of creating and functioning of intelligent information security systems demands the further additional research.","PeriodicalId":299496,"journal":{"name":"Informatization and communication","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125101920","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The features of computing processes and architectures of information systems of modern enterprises based on the concept of Industry 4.0 are considered. A brief description of the software package is given, in which the task of structural-functional synthesis of the structure of an enterprise information system, as well as the task of building an operational schedule for its work, are simultaneously solved in an automated (automatic) mode.","PeriodicalId":299496,"journal":{"name":"Informatization and communication","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126212094","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the study was to search for alternative sources of information on popu-lation’s preferences and response to problems and changes in the urban environment for use in the operational decision-making at situational centers. Materials and methods. The authors used data from search queries with keywords, data on communities in social networks, data from subject forums, and official statistics. Methods of statistical data analysis were applied. Results. The analysis of thematic online activity of the population was performed. The re-sults reflected the interest in the state of the environment, the possibility of distance learning and work, are presented. It was reasoned that measurements of population’s thematic online activity let identify needs and analyze the real-time response to changes in the urban envi-ronment. Such an approach to identifying the needs of the population can be used in addition to the platforms “Active Citizen” of the Smart City project. Conclusions. An analysis of data on online activity of the population for decision-making at situational centers is more operational, flexible and representative, as compared with the use of tools of those platforms. Such an analysis can be used as an alternative to sociological surveys, as it saves time and money. When making management decisions using intelligent information services, it is necessary to take into account the needs of the population, reflect-ed in its socio-economic activity in cyberspace.","PeriodicalId":299496,"journal":{"name":"Informatization and communication","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132422401","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In modern conditions, applied research is required in the field of analysis such properties of social networks as «social correlation», group interaction, the existence of «leaders of influence», the value of a social network taking into account reputation, conformism, activity of its agents. Materials and methods. The article proposes an original approach based on using the operation of differentiating a fuzzy hypergraph, building its derivative, which is a fuzzy graph of social correlation and mutual influence of network agents, and the interpretation of the results obtained in relation to social networks is presented as well. Results. Using a fuzzy hypergraphic formal representation of a social network in which the edges connect individual or group network agents that make up a particular group, coalition or configuration, and its differentiation operation, a fuzzy relation of network value is constructed, and indicators of the value of agents and the network as a whole are introduced. Conclusion. This approach allows us to analyze the influence of the leaders of agents on the social community, to assess how critical their influence is, to determine the most influential agents of the social network with the greatest value in terms of informational influences.","PeriodicalId":299496,"journal":{"name":"Informatization and communication","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130350472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, it is concluded that the algorithmization of the graph placement problem requires an approach based on heuristic or stochastic methods. To prove the NP-completeness of the graph placement problem, we use the well-known NP-complete Hamiltonian cycle search problem. It is shown that the graph placement problem is a generalization over the Hamiltonian cycle problem. Also the problem of the placement of the graph as the optimization and presents some auxiliary results, which are set nalivayut the connection between the two problems: NP-complete optimization problem and embed the graph.","PeriodicalId":299496,"journal":{"name":"Informatization and communication","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123943567","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
