One of the ways to solve it is distributed computing based on the use of client-server architectures. The article proposes to expand the functional capabilities of an earlier developed subsystem for distributed design of VLSI, also built using a client-server architecture (CSA). Based on the formulated fundamental principles of dividing matrices into blocks depending on a given number of processors, a partitioning algorithm has been developed and an estimate of its complexity has been given. This approach makes it possible to synthesize procedures for inserting data into databases, in which two types of inhomogeneities will be absent: inhomogeneities associated with various forms of representation of minimal structural units; semantic heterogeneities associated with the use of elements that are semantically heterogeneous to the elements of the structure of a structure-independent database. Due to the absence of these inhomogeneities, the productivity of the procedures will be increased in comparison with the initial one. The approbation is carried out on the example of a structure-independent database based on the Tenzer data model. As a result of the work carried out, the following were obtained: the minimum unit of data storage for the database, built on the basis of the Tenzer model; algorithm of action using the developed minimum data storage unit; procedure code. The method was developed on the basis of a collection of images obtained by ENVD LLC on a contractual basis with medical organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. The collection consists of 70 endoscopic images recording clinical cases diagnosed in accordance with the Paris Tumor Classification of Gastrointestinal Diseases. A number of machine vision operations were carried out, including image preprocessing, image sampling, and subsequent clustering for the purpose of image segmentation. Results: A technique for the analysis of endoscopic images was developed, which makes it possible to obtain the contours of objects of interest to a specialist performing endoscopy. Conclusion. Currently the problem of construction of the post-quantum algorithms and protocols, i.e. cryptoschemes that are secure to potential attacks using quantum computers, represents a challenge in the area of applied and theoretic cryptography. In the literature the postquantum signature schemes based on the hidden discrete logarithm problem that is formulated in the finite non-commutativeassociative algebras were proposed. A disadvantage of such signature schemes is comparatively large size of the private key. The goal of the study is to develop an alternative signature generation procedures that will allow to reduce significantly the size of the private key. To achieve the goal, it is using the elements of the public key to compute the fixation vector at the first step of the signature formation procedure. As a result, there are designed alternative signature generation procedures in two known signature schemes based on the computational difficulty of the hidden discrete logarithm problem. Application of the proposed procedures gives possibility to reduce the size of the private key.
