{"title":"छत्तीसगढ़ की नगरीय कार्यशील महिलाओं का आर्थिक स्तर: एक भौगोलिक विश्लेषण","authors":"शिवेंद्र बहादुर, सरला शर्मा","doi":"10.52228/jrua.2023-29-1-4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52228/jrua.2023-29-1-4","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्य में छत्तीसगढ़ के नगरों में द्वितीयक एवं तृतीयक कार्यों के उन्नयन से महिलाओं की व्यावसायिक संरचना में विविधता दृष्टव्य हुई है। इससे महिलाओं की आर्थिक क्रियाशीलता से न केवल महिलाओं की, अपितु उनके परिवार की भी आर्थिक स्थिति सृदृढ़ एवं समृद्ध हुई है। इसके अलावा परिवार के साथ महिलाओं की भी जीवन की गुणवत्ता में गुणात्मक विकास संभव हो सका। अस्तु, परिवार को सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत करने में महिलाओं की भूमिका निर्णायक रही है। इन्हीं तथ्यों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए नगरीय कार्यशील महिलाओं के आर्थिक स्तर का निर्धारण कर उनके स्थानिक-कालिक प्रतिरूप का विश्लेषण करना, परिवार के आर्थिक तंत्र को समझने में सार्थक सिद्ध होगी। छत्तीसगढ़ के दस प्रथम श्रेणी के नगरों में कार्यशील महिलाओं के आर्थिक स्तर का विश्लेषित करना प्रस्तुत शोध का मुख्य उद्देश्य है। प्रस्तुत शोध मुख्यतः प्राथमिक आंकड़ों पर आधारित है। आंकड़ों के संकलन के लिए नगरों के चयन में उनकी भौगोलिक पृष्ठभूमि के साथ जनसंख्या की विशेषताओं को भी आधार मानकर छत्तीसगढ़ के प्रथम श्रेणी के सभी दस नगर- रायपुर, भिलाई, दुर्ग, बिलासपुर, कोरबा, राजनांदगांव, रायगढ़, अंबिकापुर, जगदलपुर एवं धमतरी का चयन किया गया, जो प्रदेश के सभी क्षेत्रों के प्रतिनिधी नगर है। चयनित नगरों से कार्यशील महिलाओं का चयन उनके कार्यिक प्रतिरूप को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए उद्देश्यपूर्ण दैव निदर्शन विधि द्वारा किया गया। चयनित नगरों में महिलाओं के कार्यिक प्रतिरूप को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए सभी महत्वपूर्ण कार्य क्षेत्र, यथा- शासकीय सेवा, शैक्षणिक संस्था, अशासकीय सेवा, दुकान/व्यापार, मजदूरी/घरेलू मजदूरी, अस्पताल, बैंक तथा अन्य क्षेत्रों से महिलाओं का चयन कर जानकारी प्राप्त की गई। इस प्रकार छत्तीसगढ़ के दस प्रथम श्रेणी के चयनित नगरों की कार्यशील महिलाओं के आर्थिक स्तर को स्थानिक तथा कालिक आधार पर एवं रोजगार के पूर्व तथा रोजगार के बाद की स्थिति में विश्लेषित किया गया है। इसके अलावा आर्थिक स्तर को महिलाओं के प्रवास प्रतिरूप, वैवाहित स्थिति, जाति संरचना, शैक्षणिक स्थिति एवं व्यवसाय के अनुसार भी विभाजित कर बहुचर कारक विश्लेषण में जतराना (2001) एवं काक्स (1972) द्वारा प्रयुक्त बहुचर मॉडल के अन्तर्गत बहुचर गुणनपूर्ण सहसम्बध गुणांक का प्रयोग करके विश्लेषित किया गया, जो उच्च सार्थक स्तर (0.01) पर प्रमाणित हुआ। \u0000","PeriodicalId":296911,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Ravishankar University (PART-A)","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124678152","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After independence, many schemes have been continuously made for women empowerment, whether it is to stop feticide, whether it is education or health related or security. Efforts are being made continuously for women and to bring them equal in every field. Researchers identified eight factors infusing of the present study; SPSS ‘version 20’ and Jamovi ‘version 2.2.2’ has been used for processing of the data and Independent T-test has been performed to test the relationship. T-test result shows that with marital status, MHB, RP, RV and DTV are statically significant at 5% level of significant (p-value < .05); but Know ATM password, DIA, ME and DJC are statically not significant at 5% level of significant (p-value > .05). T-test result shows that with Income level, MHB, RP and RV are statically significant at 5% level of significant (p-value < .05); but Know ATM password, DIA, ME, DTV and DJC are statically not significant at 5% level of significant (p-value > .05). Study results find out that there is no significant difference between the liberty of economic decision of married and unmarried, low income level and high income level salaried woman. The study reveals the various significant aspects like the Collaborative index, collaborative coefficients, the correlation between authors and articles, and the degree of collaboration. There is a highly significant correlation found between articles and the authors. The purpose of the study is to investigate the use of social networking sites among students of Library and Information Science, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Structured questionnaires were used to collect the data from a representative sample of 61 (B. Lib. and I. Sc. 33, M. Lib. and I. Sc. 18 and 10 research scholars) students who were selected. The collected data were analyzed using different statistical methods. The result indicates that all Library and Information Science students are aware of social networking sites. They are using at least one form of social networking website to interact with family members and friends and also connect to their classmates for online study. Facebook and Whatsapp are the commonly used social networking sites among the Library and Information Science students and they use them for friendly communication. The lockdown enforced was like a natural experiment. It caused severe problems to most of the population which went under the lockdown. Only people who were allowed to report for regular work were medical and media professionals. Huge amount of literature has been churned up highlighting work done, and problem faced by medical professionals. The plight of media professionals was mostly ignored by people undertaking this kind of research. A survey conducted only among the media professionals revealed that 86% of respondents faced increased level of anxiety while 48% suffered negative impact of sleep pattern due to lockdown. The survey also threw some positive aspects of lockdown as many media professionals used their time to learn new things. The main objective of the study is to predict the effect of self-esteem and gender on youth’s happiness. Data were collected from 100 youths (age range 17-26 years) studying in various colleges in Raipur, Chhattisgarh by using the Happiness Scale, and Self-esteem Scale. 50 subjects were male and the remaining 50 were female. SPSS version 22.0 was used for prediction analyses. The majority of youths (87%) had a high level of happiness; while above average (59%) had a moderate level of self-esteem. Findings revealed thatself-esteem has been discovered to be a strong predictor of happiness, while gender does not. Self-esteem improvement will help in the reduction of mental health problems in youth.
