In February 2021, Karunika launched an online savings and loan application (aplikasi simpan pinjam online) to make it easier for members to make savings and loans. This preliminary study aims at collecting information about perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in affecting attitudes and interest in using “simpan pinjam online” application at the Karunika Cooperative. This study is qualitative research which collect the data through documentation, observation, and interview. Documentation is carried out to collect information from secondary sources. Observation is made by accessing the application to gain experience. Interviews were conducted with 11 members of Karunika Cooperative to obtain information about the experience of application usage. Karunika members feel the ease and usefulness of using the application due to its accessibility and subjective norms. Karunika members are encouraged to have attitudes and intentions to use the application. Socialization of the application among members of Karunika is lack because the members are spread throughout Indonesia. This causes delays in finding information from experienced members. This research is expected to give contributions to the literature about the usage of information technology in cooperative. This research can be used as the basis for system improvement in Karunika Cooperative and inspire the use of “simpan pinjam online” applications in other cooperatives. Therefore, the ups and downs of a company's profit growth can be understood through financial ratio analysis. In this case, financial performance is represented by the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Investment (ROI). The objectives of this research are to: (1) determine the effect of the Current Ratio on profit growth in state-owned mining companies listed on the IDX. (2) Knowing the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio on profit growth in state-owned mining companies listed on the IDX. (3) Knowing the effect of Return On Investment on profit growth in state-owned mining companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total sample of 3 state-owned mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2020. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that the Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and irrelevant impact on profit growth ((0.261 < 1.98861) and (0.795 > 0.05)). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and relevant impact on profit growth ((-2.486 < 1.98861) and (0.015 < 0.05)). A positive brand image will get positive treatment and affect buying interest from the public. This study aims to examine the variables that have an influence on purchase intention, namely advertising and brand image variables. The data collected in this research is using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this study are advertising and brand image have a significant and positive influence on buying interest. Of the 176 respondents obtained, this study attracted 160 respondents who were collected online via Google Form. In processing the data, this research uses SmartPls 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the Mie Sedaap Korean Spicy Chicken advertisement has its own charm because it has succeeded in conveying a clear message to consumers and every the public figures has uniqueness. Mie Sedaap has a good and quality brand image because its existence remains consistent and continues to innovate. This study aims to determine the effect of peer-to-peer lenders and payment gateways on MSME performance during the Covid-19 pandemic using e-commerce as a moderating variable. Peer To Peer Lenders and Payment Gateways are independent variables and MSME performance is the dependent variable in this study. In this study there is a moderating variable, namely E-commerce. Data analysis method using SmartPLS. The population in this study is MSMEs located in Johar Baru District, Central Jakarta with a total sample of 150 MSMEs with purposive sampling method. The results showed that Peer To Peer Lenders had a significant positive effect on MSME Performance, Payment Gateway had a significant positive effect on MSME Performance, E-commerce had a significant positive effect on MSME Performance. Peer To Peer Lenders moderated by E-commerce have a significant positive effect on MSME performance. So to excel in the competition, it is necessary to </em><em>build </em><em>a consumer's purchase intention. There are various factors that can lead to consumer </em><em>purchase</em><em> intentions, including country of origin, celebrity endorsement, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) which can also form a brand image. The purpose of this study is to </em><em>investigate the role of</em><em> country of origin, celebrity endorsement, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention either directly or through brand image. The study used a quantitative research design. Data collection used a cross sectional approach. A total of 192 respondents filled out a </em><em>online </em><em>questionnaire </em><em>through</em><em> the google form that was sent</em><em> to the respondents</em><em>. The data were analyzed using a structural equation model </em><em>using </em><em> Smart-PLS. The results </em><em>showed that</em><em> country of origin, celebrity endorsement, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) can positively predict purchase intention, but country of origin cannot predict positively brand image, while celebrity endorsement and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) can positively predict brand image. In addition, brand image can also positively predict purchase intention. Analysis of the variables used in this study there are five variables, namely work-life balance, organizational support, family support, work fatigue and performance. In this study, non-probability sampling was used, namely the sample taken was not given the same opportunity or opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as a sample. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Of the 98 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, only 64 respondents met the criteria for this research sample. The sample used in this study are career women who occupy managerial positions. The data collected is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. It raises many limitations, like communication and interaction space. It can negatively impact employees because it can trigger irregular working hours and long working hours. IT field is one of the jobs that can be done remotely, but it still have different with the implementation of WFH and pandemic that requires new adaptations. This study aims to determine the effect of innovation culture, self-efficacy on technostress, and technostress, burnout on performance with workplace well-being as a mediating variable for IT employees who work from home. This study uses a survey method with an online questionnaire to 295 IT employees and used as a research sample. Data analysis method used SmartPLS 3.2 program by analyzing the inner and outer models.
