It is shown that a special sub-optimal selection of the coefficients in the linear combination results in a reduction of the estimatorpsilas bias. The Gerchberg-Papoulis algorithm (G-P), based on the central slice theorem in Fourier space, is known as one of the most effective iterative methods for few-projection tomography in parallel scanning geometries. This algorithm has not been studied for fan-beam geometries, because a central slice theorem is lacking. In this paper, we state a recently developed central slice theorem for fan-beam geometries, and on this basis we develop a new iterative G-P algorithm. In this paper, we analyze a model of data-hiding for communication via noiseless steganography channel by application of error-correcting codes. Two corresponding Shannon theorems are proved, and the average covering radius of a code is discussed as an important parameter for steganography applications. This paper describes an analysis by simulation of the performance of a coded digital transmission system at Ka band for HATS in urban area when are considered weather impairments. Numerical results in terms of BER are obtained when (LDPC/M-APSK) coded signals are affected by fading caused by weather effects at Ka band. These effects are taken in consideration using a time series obtained by simulation. Namely, scalar or vector field by its ray transform calculated along geodesics of a Riemannian metric is reconstructed. The approximation of the solution is determined with usage of the least squares method. As bases we use the local bases of scalar and vector fields constructed by means of two-dimensional B-splines.
