The method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to respondents from the state civil apparatus in the area of Lahat Regency. The number of questionnaires returning from the 300 questionnaires distributed was 249. The results showed that there was a moderate influence between Public Service Performance and E-Government Policy, Commitment of Leader and Development of Apparatus Resources. Statistically shows a significant influence between Public Service Performance with E-Government Policy, Commitment of Leader and Development of Apparatus Resources because the obtained p-value Is less than 5%. Judging by the influence between independent variables also showed a significant influence but statistically these effects have not shown any deviation from the multicollinearity assumption. The result of simultaneous testing was obtained the F-test statistic value of 61.078 with a p-value of 0.000 which was less than 5%. This research was conducted to recognize and understand the competency indicators of pedagogy, personality, social, and professional relating to certified teachers. Moreover, this research employed a qualitative method using a triangulation analysis method. The objects of the research are private vocational schools in South Tangerang City with A-grade accreditation by involving certified teachers as the respondents with the criteria of characteristics, educational background, status, experience, and readiness. The data were collected using verbal, written and structured interviews. The result revealed that teachers certified by regulations could not be considered as professional or competence teachers, which were indicated by the lack of knowledge of the certification regulations, innovation, linearity, contextual and character personality. This condition proves that the problem of corruption must be sought the latest solution, so that this corruption problem has the best solution. The object of research is the anti-corruption campaign carried out by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) through Instagram and Facebook. The purpose of this study is to find out, analyze, and discuss about: aspects of influencing anti-corruption campaigns on social media Facebook and Instagram. The research used survey methods and descriptive comparative approach on social media Instagram and Facebook. In this case what is meant is to see the difference in exposure about frequency, duration, and readability. In the industrial revolution 4.0, human resources will compete with robots, thus the cooperative movement as an effort to adapt to the industrial revolution needs to be evaluated. The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of the structural empowerment of members of co-operatives both in urban and rural areas. The research method used was a survey by collecting structural empowerment scale from 251 co-operative members. Data were analyzed using one-way Analysis of Variance technique. The results showed that the structural empowerment of co-operative members in rural areas was higher compared to urban areas. Women living in rural areas had higher structural empowerment compared to their counterparts in urban areas while men living in urban and rural areas showed no significant difference. Also, it requires parents to be mindful; thus, they are more aware of their emotions, accept situation, and improve quality of their interaction. This is called mindful parenting. This type of parenting becomes more understood by parents today. More evidence supports mindfulness in parenting, this study analysed and described mindful parenting of pre-schoolers’ parents in Bandung City, Indonesia. The total of 163 parents completed self-reported questionnaires using Mindfulness in Parenting Questionnaire developed by McCaffrey, Reitman, and Black [1]. The demographic data, including age, sex, education background, monthly income, and number of children were reported by respondents. Sample of this research was preschools in centre region of Bandung. The range of mindful parenting was divided into “high” and “low”. Most of parents with preschool children had high level of mindful parenting. Total of 12 fathers had high mindfulness in parenting and 123 mothers were also categorized high on mindful parenting. Previous research found that parents’ age becomes one of several factors affecting mindfulness, particularly in period of late adulthood. This result was in contrast with data which found that higher score of mindful parenting was distributed in all range of ages. In line with age, education was found as one contributing factor in mindful parenting. This type of application makes it easy for users to access their financial statements at anytime and anywhere with a smartphone device. With the wide variety of accounting application choices in the market, it can be imagined that business actors who may not know the detail of the accounting process become overwhelmed in determining what accounting applications are right for their type of business. It is very important for accountants, especially in the academic field to oversee the process of development of this technology to be in accordance with the nature and purpose of accounting. Therefore, this qualitative research was conducted by the method of observation and presents descriptive data. A total of 6 applications that can be downloaded on Google Play Store were observed and conducted a comparative study using 8 criteria. This training includes Accounting Training, Training on Making Financial Statements using Ms. Excel, so that it can improve the ability to make bankable financial reports that can help in applying for financing to banks so as to improve the welfare of the Small and Medium Enterprises. This problem can be solved by increasing the ability of Small and Medium Enterprises in making financial reports. The Method in this research is Research of Applications Method. This Research was held on April 4, 2019 and May 2 2019 has helped Small and Medium Enterprises in overcoming the problem with the Training of Making Financial Statements using Ms. Applications. Excel and introductory material for making financial reports using the Myob Accounting Application. Data on Spring 2014 Global Attitudes mentioned that in developing countries the impact of the internet has given bad influence. It rompted the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) to supervise the internet. However, it received disagreement from part of community by delivering the petition to reject KPI plan through www.change.org. This research aims to find out the pros and cons of KPI in supervising Netflix and YouTube content. The study used critical discourse analysis. The results revealed the polemic due to differences in interpreting the Broadcasting Law 32 of 2002, especially regarding 'other media' whether it includes the internet or not; whether Netflix and YouTube are included television broadcasting or video on demand (VOD) cable television identification; or whether KPI has been given the authority to supervise them. In the context perspective, KPI conveyed that the discourse was in line with the phenomenon where the creativity of internet users increased and television programs quality were below the standard. KPI should convey these issues to the Indonesian Parliament. One of the problems that often occurs is performance and administrative services that are less than optimal, so that services to students are felt to be very lacking. One of the contributing factors is the weak leadership role of the Section Head who directly oversees the administrative staff. From the results of the initial stages of the research, it was obtained that there were still Head of Administration whose Islamic leadership role is weak. Related to this, one of the leadership roles is to build and create an Islamic service climate. As an institution that adheres to Islamic values, the principles of service also need to be colored by Islamic values. The purpose of the study is directed to analyze how the Islamic service climate is developed in Unisba by using descriptive methods. The measuring instrument used was the scale of the Islamic service climate provided to all administrative staff, with a study population of 184 people. Through descriptive statistical techniques the results obtained are 27% very high, 72% high and 1% are still low. Thus it can be concluded that the Section Head has created and built an Islamic service climate in his work environment, but has not been carried out consistently.
