The advancement of the outer space science and technology has made it possible and opened up considerable opportunities for states and certain parties to carry out activities in outer space. Hence, in its development, outer space activities will continue to increase. This has paved the way for the formation of space law. At present, exploration of outer space activities is dominated by developed countries which have the power of space technology. This article will discuss the exploration of outer space under international space law and some Islamic perspectives regarding outer space exploration which has been implicitly stated through several verses in the Qur'an. The results of this study would provide spirit especially for Muslims to be able to answer the challenges of Allah SWT to explore the outer space with the power of knowledge.","PeriodicalId":295773,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Social and Humaniora Research Symposium (SoRes 2019)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126196849","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Areas of potential space can be used limitedly by other countries that are not geographically based on the principle of spatial justice. Claims of power over a potential space area can be made by the state underneath it by law enforcement in the area in question. Law enforcement and mastery of space need to be done because space has economic value and is a part of natural wealth that is limited in nature. The claim must be philosophically justified in order to have a scientific basis of legality. That is the purpose of this research. This research is a normative juridical research with a concept approach. The results of the study are the concept of mastery of a potential space region based on Ibn Sina's ontology perspective. The conclusion of the research is that the claim of power over the existence of a potential space region can be justified based on the perspective of Ibn Sina's ontology.","PeriodicalId":295773,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Social and Humaniora Research Symposium (SoRes 2019)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121506709","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The training uses a variety of methods, namely presentations, questions and answers, demonstrations, practices, a small group guidance, and individual guidance. The results of the training almost all participants mastered this method. During the activity, the participants seriously listened to the advantages of this method. They also seriously practiced small groups on how to teach this method. Almost all trainees (90%) were then recruited to become tutors at the UPI Mosque. Thus, this training exceeded the target. Each of them then guided 10 tutorial participants. After being guided for three months, 7 out of 10 participants can read the Quran. The implication is that training on the Bilhikmah method needs to be continued in university mosques.","PeriodicalId":295773,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Social and Humaniora Research Symposium (SoRes 2019)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125018581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
