Under the arithmetic coding key encryption system, the data distributed structure model of economic financial management data storage is constructed, and the encrypted statistical characteristics of economic financial management data are extracted. The homomorphism data fusion method is used to deal with the fuzzy clustering of economic and financial management data, and the fuzzy C-means clustering method is combined to carry out the piecewise fusion scheduling of economic and financial management data. The chaotic arithmetic coding scheme is used to design the economic financial management data storage encryption in the segmented interval, and the encryption key and decryption key are constructed based on piecewise fusion encryption and information clustering. Realize the multi-level distributed storage design of economic financial management database. The results show that: (1) The annual precipitation in the North Canal Basin has a weak downward trend as a whole, and there are alternating rising and falling characteristics between years. Uneven distribution during the year, precipitation is mainly concentrated in June to August, the average precipitation during this period accounted for 72% of the year;(2)The spatial distribution of precipitation in the basin is generally the most precipitation in the middle reaches, followed by the upper mountainous areas and the lower plains; In the seasons, the precipitation in the upper reaches of the summer is higher than that in the lower plains, and the opposite is true in winter.(3)The precipitation variation of the Northern Canal Basin is obvious, and the mutation point appeared in 1996 in the mid-1990s. The main control chip, TMS320C6748, is used to control the whole operation of the system. The physical server stores the information data and communicates with the serial port to transfer the data. Through the method of FPGA, the cluttered practical information data is filtered. According to the principle of Bayesian algorithm, the filtered information data is classified and the information data is preprocessed. In the SQL database, XML technology is used to parse and transform the pre-processed information and data. The data transformed into XML format is unified. According to the set multi-dimensional integration rules, data streams are split in the middle layer of the database and then merged is omorphically and heterogeneously. The data is loaded and stored in the integrated database, and finally the integration of information and data is completed. The design of multi-dimensional integration system is completed through hardware and software design. Comparing with the current information integration system, the experiment verifies the speed of information integration time of the designed multi-dimensional integration system. However, the negative bending moment produced by the fulcrum of steel-concrete composite continuous beam bridge is very easy to cause cracking of concrete deck. At present, the common design method is to pre-stress the concrete deck at the fulcrum by dropping the beam, so as to prevent the cracking of concrete deck. Based on ABAQUS finite element software, this paper establishes the full bridge model of the real bridge project and simulates the falling beam construction. Sediment on the bottom of muddy coast start and enter the upper water body under the action of shear force caused by wave and tidal current, and then, advect and diffuse to the surrounding area in the main form of suspended sediment along with the tidal current. Many important ports in china are located on the muddy coast, so it is necessary to study the distribution of suspended sediment concentration, an important criterion of siltation of harbor and navigational channel. The study area involved in this paper is Lianyungang, a typical muddy coast in Northeast of Jiangsu Province, in where the terrain is gentle and parallel to the coastline. In this article, the hydrodynamic and sediment environment under different wind and wave conditions of Lianyungang are analyzed. The following main conclusions are drawn from the study. (1) Plane distribution law of suspended sediment concentration in Lianyungang area generally shows higher nearshore and lower offshore. (2) In normal weather, the vertical average suspended sediment concentration in Lianyungang is between 0.10~0.15kg/m3, while the annual average value is between 0.20~0.50kg/m3.
