Under the arithmetic coding key encryption system, the data distributed structure model of economic financial management data storage is constructed, and the encrypted statistical characteristics of economic financial management data are extracted. The homomorphism data fusion method is used to deal with the fuzzy clustering of economic and financial management data, and the fuzzy C-means clustering method is combined to carry out the piecewise fusion scheduling of economic and financial management data. The chaotic arithmetic coding scheme is used to design the economic financial management data storage encryption in the segmented interval, and the encryption key and decryption key are constructed based on piecewise fusion encryption and information clustering. Realize the multi-level distributed storage design of economic financial management database.
