The primary objective of this study is to analyze the da'wah approach implemented by Rasulullah SAW during the Madinah era, which includes community building, drafting the Charter of Madinah, constructing the Nabawi Mosque, religious education, diplomatic relations, social justice, and military defense, and to evaluate its relevance in a contemporary context. The research employs a qualitative approach with historical analysis of literary sources. The results indicate that the principles of Rasulullah's da'wah, such as inclusivity, justice, solidarity, and education, remain highly relevant and can be adapted to address social challenges in the modern era. The theories used in this paper consist of the theory of justice, the theory of legal certainty and the theory of the rule of law. The theory of justice is part of the study of legal philosophy, which Syatibi calls moral and legal integrity. The theory of legal certainty is the basic norms (grundnorm) extracted from Syatibi's works. The method used in this paper is normative juridical with a philosophy of law approach. Philosophy of law is an intellectual activity that thinks rationally, systematically, comprehensively, integrally and critically. The results of the study show that Syatibi, a legal reformer of Granada in the 8th century H/14 AD who is of the Maliki school of thought, has laid the foundation and principles of the rule of law in realising justice and legal certainty through his three monumental works, al-Muwafaqat fi Ushul al-Syari'ah, I'tisam and Fatawa Syatibi. Syatibi's legal philosophy thinking on legal justice is formulated in three legal constructs namely al-maslahah, al-sahl and 'adam al-kharaj. Syatibi formulated legal certainty on five basic legal principles (grundnorm) consisting of: (1), Muqaddimah (preamble), (2). Al-Ahkam (laws), (3). Al-Maqasid (purpose or direction to be achieved), (4). Al-Adillah (legal arguments), and (5). Ijtihad (Legal Reasoning). The idea of the rule of law in the Indonesian context both in the perspective of the rule of law and rechtstaat is dominated by the legal system of Western countries which in general is the idea of the rule of law derived from the results of Western intellectual thought based on liberal and secular philosophies. Law is only limited to positivism, meaning that law is interpreted as an order from the law which results in law only in the form of legal certainty. Positivistic law separates legal justice from legal certainty or separates law from morals. (2) Efforts by the leadership of the Modern Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Darul Arqom Depok to shape the souls of the students to become strong and independent clerics. (3) Inhibiting and supporting factors in the efforts of modernIslamic boarding schools to shape the souls of students to become strong and independent scholars. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach. The data analysis used in this study is SWOT analysis, which uses the SWOT analysis model to compare external factors, opportunities and threats with internal factors of strengths and weaknesses.The results of the study show that: (1) The dynamics of education at the Modern Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Darul Arqom Depok in shaping the souls of students to become tough and independent scholars is the establishment of the Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Islamic Boarding School as a forum for cadre of scholars who are the hope of society(2) The Efforts of the Leaders of the Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Modern Islamic Boarding School Depok forms the souls of students to become tough and independent scholars by providing specialization programs, tahfizul Al-Qur'an, bilingual Arabic and English as well as training students to get used toengaging in social activities with the community. (3) Inhibiting and supporting factors in the efforts of modern Islamic boarding schools to shape the souls of students to become strong and independent scholars. The inhibiting factor is a sense of responsibility as an educator who has not been maximizedin teaching, facilities and infrastructure that have not been adequate to support the learning process. This can be caused by the lack of availability of legal institutions that can assist parties in choosing the right method for dispute resolution, the lack of public understanding of the importance of implementing mediation in the Religious Courts, and the concept of hakam (peacemaker) which has not been applied by the Court. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the mediation process in divorce cases at the East Jakarta Religious Court. The method used in this research is qualitative. While the approach used is descriptive- analysis. By systematically describing the facts and characteristics of the object and subject under study precisely. The data collection technique uses direct observation to the object of research to see up close in order to obtain information about the situation and conditions of the East Jakarta Religious Court, then interviewing Judges and Mediators, and finally Documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness of the mediation process in divorce cases at the East Jakarta Religious Court was still ineffective. Knowledge or literacy has a significant influence on people's interest in muamalah with Islamic banks. This paper tries to describe contemporary jurists' views regarding the law dealing with Islamic banks. Contemporary jurists allow muamalah with Islamic banks because deposits in Islamic banks are built on the principle of mudaraba and there is no usury on it, this is as expressed by Wahbah al-Zuhaylī, usāmuddīn 'Afānah, al-Dubyān, Al-Qarḍāwī, Islam Web, Ibn Bāz, Dāirat al-Iftā and DSN MUI. According to DSN MUI wadiah or deposits in Islamic banks are yad dhamānah not yad amanāh and according to Adiwarman Karim Islamic banks are allowed to give bonuses to customers if they are not required in advance, i.e. the gift is a voluntary gift given by the bank as its policy. In a marriage carried out one of them will give birth to the effects of marriage on assets. As situations and conditions develop in society, many potential partners finally decide to enter into a marriage agreement, bearing in mind that this is because both men and women are capable of producing their respective assets and there are many other reasons why they should enter into a marriage agreement. A marriage agreement is an agreement made by two people (prospective husband and wife) before the marriage takes place. The marriage agreement has been regulated in Article 29 of the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 but with the issuance of the Constitutional Court decision No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015 there have been several changes in the Marriage Agreement which are currently still Pros and Cons in society. The problems examined in this study are: how is the marriage agreement viewed from the Civil Code. As for the analysis of legal materials in this study, it is carried out by processing and analyzing qualitatively and as outlined descriptively. The research is a literature study with the main source of books, journals and other references related to the concept of the state in the perspective of Islam and constitutional law in Indonesia. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a normative approach. In the Indonesian context, the concept of law and the rule of law must be realised that it is not an original result or does not grow from within Indonesian society itself. The rule of law is an imported product or a building imposed from outside. The rule of law is the fruit of adoption and transplantation through the Dutch colonial concordance politics and European countries, commonly known as the Rule of Law and Rechtstaat. The conception of the Rule of Law and Rechtstaat are two conceptions of the rule of law that are only normative-legalistic in nature with categorical elements such as the supremacy of law, equality before the law, due process of law, It appears that the Indonesian rule of law, both at the level of the Rule of Law and Machtstaat, is influenced by external legal thinking that emphasises the anthropocentric dimension that focuses on individual and liberal values. So that in practice the Rule of Law turns into the Rule of Man, or from Rechtstaat turns into Machtstaat. In contrast to nomocracy in Islamic law, the rule of law is built on divine values, where law is the highest supremacy in human life. Both must be studied because they need each other in building society. History records that Islam has experienced the glory of a high civilization of science with various competences in scientific disciplines and figures for centuries. This phenomenon occurred because at that time there was no dichotomy between religion and general science. Many of the works and findings of integrative education figures were transferred to other nations by way of scientific recognition. This phenomenon took place because the separation of the two sciences had taken place. There is an expression that what is obligatory to learn is only religious knowledge, while it is not obligatory for general knowledge. The reason for this is, among other things, the rapid development of knowledge, even in one scientific discipline giving rise to new knowledge. On the other hand, especially the Islamic leaders were so happy with the glittering life of the palace. Other facts emerge that many understand leaving the world, focusing on the afterlife. This opportunity is used by the western world which incidentally is not happy to see the glory of Islam. They took over the glory of Islamic knowledge in an unsatisfied way, they even admitted that the appropriation was their product. It is urgent for Muslim scientists to restore the glory of civilization to the glory of civilization of Islamic knowledge because it has been dormant for decades. All scientific movements that carry integrative education must start from Islamic Higher Education which is tasked with producing Muslim scholars who have strong faith and imtaq through the implementation of integrative education in the middle of Islamic campuses.
