Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Sumber data diperoleh dari, wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Penerapan metode pembelajaran partisipatif dilakukan pada mata kuliah sosiologi pedesaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan seperti, 1). Perencanaan: menyusun RPP, Silabus, materi dan bahan perkuliahan, 2). Pelaksanaan: perkenalan dosen dengan mahasiswa, penjelasan mengenai gambaran umum mata kuliah, dosen mempelajari latar belakang mahasiswa, terjadi komunikasi aktif antara dosen dengan mahasiswa, diskusi mahasiswa, dosen menjadi moderator yang mengatur jalannya diskusi, dosen melakukan konfirmasi ketika terjadi kesalahan mahasiswa dalam memahami isi materi, setiap pertemuan mahasiswa memiliki tingkat keaktifan yang tinggi, kecuali pada saat pembelajaran online, pemberian motivasi di akhir perkuliahan, 3). Penilaian: kemampuan mahasiswa meningkat (khususnya keaktifan berbicara, cara berpikir kritis, dan problem solving Participatory Learning as A Method to Increase Student Learning OutcomesAbstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the application of participatory learning methods in improving student learning outcomes of Stiper Berau. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data obtained from interviews, observations and document analysis. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display and data verification. The application of participatory learning methods is carried out in rural sociology courses. The results showed that there were several stages carried out such as, 1). Planning: preparing lesson plans, syllabus, lecture materials and materials, 2). BB dalam kegiatan pramuka dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas, melatih disiplin, dan kepribadian bagi anggota pramuka. Manfaat itu bisa diperoleh baik melalui penghayatan diri, pembinaan maupun kerjasama dengan anggota lainnya. Dalam ruang lingkup pendidikan yang mempelajari bahasa asing, latihan BB dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran untuk peningkatan penguasaan bahasa Arab dan Inggris dengan menerapkan teknologi multimedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan black-box untuk pengujian. Uji aplikasi yang kedua menggunakan perangkat keras yaitu smartphone yang berbeda-beda dan menunjukkan hasil yang baik dan berjalan sebagaimana fungsinya dengan minimal layar 5 inci. Uji materi dalam aplikasi oleh pembina pramuka Universitas Darussalam Gontor dan mendapat penilaian yang bagus sehingga dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran. Pengujian selanjutnya dengan penyebaran aplikasi dan kuesioner ke pembina pramuka dengan jumlah 55 responden. Dari hasil kuesioner diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 88,5. Bahkan, mayoritas responden memberikan feedback yang baik dan sangat menerima aplikasi untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembantu dalam pembelajaran. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, dapat ditambahkan materi pramuka seperti sandi-sandi, tali temali dan kegiatan pramuka lainnya. Three Languages Media For Learning Coping Lines (Arab, English, Indonesia) Using Android-Based Audio Visual Media Abstract: Scouting organizations in Indonesia are called the Pramuka Movement which includes many activities in open spaces such as marching lines (BB). BB in scouting activities can increase creativity, train discipline, and personality for scout members. These benefits can be obtained either through self-appreciation, coaching or cooperation with other members. In the scope of education that studies foreign languages, BB training is used as a learning medium. The purpose of this research is to develop instructional media to increase mastery of Arabic and English by applying multimedia technology. This study uses the waterfall and black-box methods for testing. The second application test used different hardware devices, which was a different smartphone and it showed good results and worked as it should with a minimum screen of 5 inches. Test the material in the application by the University of Darussalam Gontor scout coach and get a good assessment so that it can be used as a learning medium. Further testing by distributing applications and questionnaires to scout coaches with a total of 55 respondents. From the results of the questionnaire obtained an average value of 88.5. In fact, the majority of respondents gave good feedback and really accepted applications to be used as supporting media in learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berjenis deksriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 105 responden warga belajar paket c di PKBM Mentari. penelitian dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi covid-19, dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan sumber belajar digital oleh warga belajar di PKBM mentari sangat tinggi. Manfaat internet sebagai sumber belajar antara lain konektifitas dan jangkuannya luas, aksesnya 24 jam, akses cepat dan mudah serta bianya cukup murah. Fasilitas internet yang digunakan warga belajar sebagai sumber belajar antara lain website, mesin pencari, surat elektronik serta media sosial. The Utilization of Digital-Based Learning Resources in the Package C Equality Education Program at PKBM Mentari Malang Regency Abstract: This study aims to describe: (1) the use of digital learning resources in the package c equivalency education program at PKBM Mentari, (2) the benefits of the internet as a learning resource in the package c equivalency education program at PKBM Mentari (3) internet facilities used by learning citizens at the package C equivalency education program at PKBM Mentari. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 105 respondents who studied package c at PKBM Mentari. The research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic, using a questionnaire and documentation study. Data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that the use of digital learning resources by learning citizens at PKBM Mentari was very high. The method used this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah pemikiran M. Quraish Shihab tentang pendidikan anak dalam keluarga, dan mencari relevansinya dengan pola asuh anak selama pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan anak dalam keluarga menurut M. Quraish Shihab di antaranya yaitu: pertama, pendidikan ketauhidan kepada anak. Kedua, orang tua mengajarkan kepada anak pendidikan untuk berbakti kepada orang tua, ketiga, orang tua mengajarkan anak untuk selalu melakukan amar ma’ruf dan menjauhi kemungkaran, keempat, orang tua mengajarkan anak untuk menjadi pribadi yang mandiri dan bertanggung jawab dan kelima, orang tua mengajarkan anaknya tentang pendidikan berakhlak mulia. Dari pemikiran M. Quraish Shihab tersebut ternyata memiliki relevansi dengan pola asuh authoritative selama masa pandemi dalam hal interaksi dan tujuanya. Dalam pola asuh ini, orang tua akan menjaga interaksi bersama anak dengan selalu memberikan stimulus untuk membentuk prilaku maupun kepribadian anak menjadi lebih baik dan berakhlakul karimah. Stimulus-stimulus kepada anak bisa diberikan melalui nasihat-nasihat yang dijelaskan oleh M. Quraish Shihab mulai dari nasihat tentang ketauhidan, berbakti kepada orang tua, bertanggung jawab, dan berakhlakul karimah, yang semuanya itu diberikan kepada anak dengan tujuan membentuk kepribadian dan karakter anak menjadi lebih baik dan bertanggung jawab. Adapupun implikasi penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada orang tua untuk lebih bertanggung jawab dan memperhatikan anak selama pembelajaran dimasa pandemi ini dengan cara menerapkan metode-metode dalam memberikan pendidikan dan pola asuh yang baik kepada anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kualitas pelayanan pada LKP Bahasa Inggris di Kota Malang dikategorikan baik, 2) kepuasan peserta didik atas layanan yang diberikan LKP Bahasa Inggris di Kota Malang dikategorikan puas, 3) terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik pada LKP Bahasa Inggris di Kota Malang. Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan data tentang perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan serta mengetahui kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum di SPS TP Plamboyan. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data interaktif Miles Huberman yaitu melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) perencanaan kurikulum dilakukan setiap awal tahun ajaran baru, terdapat keunikan dalam proses perencanaan kurikulum di SPS TP Plamboyan yaitu selain kepala sekolah dan guru juga melibatkan orangtua, (2) pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan menjalin kerjasama antara kepala sekolah, guru serta masyarakat, (3) pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran di SPS TP Plamboyan menyisipkan materi keagamaan seperti hafalan surat pendek, praktik ibadah dan manasik haji, (4) pengawasan yang dilaksanakan setiap akhir tahun ajaran baru serta terdapat pengontrolan dari kepala sekolah kepada guru dalam waktu-waktu tertentu. Kendala dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum di SPS TP Plamboyan yaitu : (1) Sarana dan Prasarana yang belum memadai (Alat Permainan Edukatif, ruang kelas dan fasilitas lainnya), (2) guru mengalami kesulitan dalam penyusunan perencanaan. Selanjutnya hasil manajemen kurikulum yang baik di SPS TP Plamboyan mendapatkan peningkatan jumlah peserta didik setiap tahunnya serta mampu merubah pola pikir masyarakat mengenai pentingnya Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. The purpose of this reasearch is to described data on planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and identifying the obstacles that occur in the implementation of curriculum management at SPS TP Plamboyan. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used the Miles Huberman interactive data analysis model, namely through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Saat ini praktik pengasuhan banyak dilakukan di lembaga PAUD karena semakin meningkatnya jumlah ibu bekerja di luar rumah dengan durasi yang panjang. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menggali permasalahan riil dalam praktik pengasuhan oleh guru PAUD. Studi ini merupakan survei kualitatif online menggunakan Google Form yang disebarkan dengan aplikasi Whats App. Instrumen terdiri atas open-ended question dan data demografi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara tematik dengan program MAXQDA 2018. Terdapat 319 responden yang mengisi survei, dengan 314 respon yang dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil studi menunjukkan terdapat lima tema utama permasalahan dalam praktik pengasuhan anak oleh guru AUD, yaitu permasalahan anak, orangtua, guru, relasi orangtua-guru, dan lembaga. Dari lima tema permasalahan tersebut, tema yang menonjol pada responden dengan usia 30 tahun adalah tema permasalahan guru yang terdiri atas sub tema terbatasnya pengetahuan, perbedaan praktik pengasuhan, manajemen waktu, dan kesehatan guru.Problems Thematic Analysis in Child-rearing Practices Conducted by Early Childhood Education TeachersAbstract: Child-rearing practices is an effort to help children’s developmental processes. Currently, many child-rearing practices are carried out in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Institution due to the increasing number of mothers working outside the house for long durations. This study is intended to explore the problems of child-rearing practices experienced by ECE teachers. This study is an online qualitative survey using Google Form distributed with Whats App application. The research instrument consists of an open-ended question and demographic data. The data obtained analyze thematically with MAXQDA 2018 program. There are 319 respondents, while there only 314 responses that can be analyzed further. The results of the study show that there are five main themes, namely problems with children, parents, teachers, parent-teacher relations, and institutions. Salah satu kompetensi yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu kemampuan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menyelenggarakan layanan konseling kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, penugasan dan simulasi. Hasil analisis dampak pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi layanan konseling kelompok dengan analisis kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa Guru bimbingan dan konseling memiliki minat yang tinggi dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Berdasarkan analisis penugasan ditemukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam merancang layanan konseling kelompok. Hasil analisis observasi dan wawancara setelah simulasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan layanan konseling kelompok. Hasil analisis kuesioner evaluasi berkaitan tentang penyelenggaraan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan peserta merasa puas dan senang mengikuti pelatihan. Peserta mengharapkan adanya kegiatan lanjutan untuk memperdalam kemampuan menyelenggarakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Analysis of the Impact of Training for Competency Improvement in Group Counseling Services for High School Counseling Teachers in Sleman RegencyAbstract: The professional competence of guidance and counseling teachers is an important aspect that equips guidance and counseling teachers in providing guidance and counseling in schools. One of the competencies that need to be improved is the ability of guidance and counseling teachers in providing group counseling services. The methods used in this training are lectures, discussions, assignments and simulations. The results of the analysis of the impact of training on improving the competence of group counseling services with qualitative analysis indicate that guidance and counseling teachers have a high interest in participating in activities. Based on the assignment analysis, it was found that there was an increase in understanding and skills in designing group counseling services. The results of the analysis of observations and interviews after the simulation showed an increase in skills in implementing group counseling services. The results of the analysis of the evaluation questionnaire related to the implementation of the training show that the training participants were satisfied and happy to participate in the training. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu: Pertama. Tahap penyadaran tidak dilakukan oleh pihak PKBM Tiara Dezzy. Penyelenggara PKBM langsung mendata dan memanggil masyarakat untuk bergabung dan mengikuti program pemberdayaan. Kedua. Tahap transformasi pengetahuan, materi/bahan pembelajaran tidak semuanya bersifat potensi lokal. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran atau pelatihan bersifat partisipatif sehingga masyarakat turut aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan jadwal pembelajaran ditentukan sendiri oleh warga belajar. Ketiga. Tahap peningkatan pengetahuan untuk kemandirian masyarakat, warga belajar belum mandiri. Akan tetapi, terjadi perbaikan pendidikan dan perbaikan tindakan. PKBM Tiara Dezzy belum melakukan pemberdayaan secara tuntas karena hanya melakukan tahap transformasi pengetahuan. Penyelenggara PKBM memaknai pemberdayaan masyarakat sama dengan pengembangan kapasitas, padahal tidak demikian karena pengembangan kapasitas hanya bagian dari proses pemberdayaan masyarakat. Community Empowerment through Non-Formal Education in Tiara Dezzy Community Learning Center Samarinda Abstract: This study aims to see the empowerment process carried out at CLC Tiara Dezzy. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study, namely: First. The awareness stage was not carried out by CLC Tiara Dezzy. CLC organizers immediately record and call the community to join and participate in the empowerment program. Second. The transformation stage of knowledge, learning materials/materials are not all local potential. The implementation of learning or training is participatory so that the community is actively involved in learning, and the learning schedule is determined by the learning residents themselves. Third. The stage of increasing knowledge for community independence, learning residents are not yet independent. However, there has been improvement in education and improvement in action. CLC Tiara Dezzy has not done empowerment completely because it only performs the knowledge transformation stage. CLC organizers interpret community empowerment as the same as capacity building, even though this is not the case because capacity building is only part of the community empowerment process.
