Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan data tentang perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan serta mengetahui kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum di SPS TP Plamboyan. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data interaktif Miles Huberman yaitu melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) perencanaan kurikulum dilakukan setiap awal tahun ajaran baru, terdapat keunikan dalam proses perencanaan kurikulum di SPS TP Plamboyan yaitu selain kepala sekolah dan guru juga melibatkan orangtua, (2) pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan menjalin kerjasama antara kepala sekolah, guru serta masyarakat, (3) pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran di SPS TP Plamboyan menyisipkan materi keagamaan seperti hafalan surat pendek, praktik ibadah dan manasik haji, (4) pengawasan yang dilaksanakan setiap akhir tahun ajaran baru serta terdapat pengontrolan dari kepala sekolah kepada guru dalam waktu-waktu tertentu. Kendala dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum di SPS TP Plamboyan yaitu : (1) Sarana dan Prasarana yang belum memadai (Alat Permainan Edukatif, ruang kelas dan fasilitas lainnya), (2) guru mengalami kesulitan dalam penyusunan perencanaan. Selanjutnya hasil manajemen kurikulum yang baik di SPS TP Plamboyan mendapatkan peningkatan jumlah peserta didik setiap tahunnya serta mampu merubah pola pikir masyarakat mengenai pentingnya Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Implementation of Curriculum Management in Early Childhood EducationAbstractTo achieve success in educational institution, it is necessary to have good management, one of affects the achievement of educational goals is the existence of curriculum management so that the implementation of learning activities can run effective and efficient. The purpose of this reasearch is to described data on planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and identifying the obstacles that occur in the implementation of curriculum management at SPS TP Plamboyan. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used the Miles Huberman interactive data analysis model, namely through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed (1) curriculum planning was carried out at the beginning of a new school year, there was a uniqueness in the curriculum planning process at SPS TP Plamboyan, namely in addition to the principal and teachers, it also involves parents, (2) organizing is done by establishing cooperation between school principals, teachers and the public, (3) the implementation of learning activities at SPS TP Plamboyan inserts religious materials such as memorizing short letters, worship practices and pilgrimage rituals, (4) supervision which is carried out at the end of each new school year and there is control from the principal to the teacher at certain times. Obstacles in implementing the curriculum at SPS TP Plamboyan are: (1) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure (Educational Game Tools, classrooms and other facilities), (2) teachers have difficulty in planning. Abstract
