In light of this, the study aimed at evaluating the role of tourism and hotel higher education institutions in developing the entrepreneurial culture among students, measuring their attitudes towards self-employment after graduation, and identifying the most important obstacles facing the development of entrepreneurial culture. The questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting study data, as 834 questionnaire forms were randomly distributed on a sample of students of tourism and hotel institutes in the departments of hotel studies and tourism studies. 608 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The results of the study concluded that there is an intermediate role for tourism and hotels higher education institutions in developing the entrepreneurial culture. The results of the study also highlighted that students have positive attitudes to self-employment after graduation. The results also indicated that there are many obstacles facing the development of entrepreneurial culture, such as the lack of training courses organized by the Institute to encourage students to become entrepreneurs, and the lack of confidence of students with entrepreneurial ideas and projects in encouraging and supporting the Institute for them. It is currently on display at Imhotep Museum, Saqqara. It is registered under n° SQ. CU. 149. It was discovered by the excavation team of Cairo University at Saqqara. Fortunately, the stela is in a very good state of preservation. It measures 33.5 cm in height and 23.5 in width. It belongs to the god father Psmtik who was probably a priest lived during the reign of King Necho II during the 26 th Dynasty, Saite Period. The stela is divided into two parts; the upper part is inscribed with the htp dj nsw formula. It shows Psmatik sitting in front of an offering table together with two servants. As for the lower part, it carries Hieroglyphic inscriptions written in eight horizontal lines reading from right to left. It carries the name of King Necho II written within a cartouche. This article deals with the ancient Egyptian (Sa) sign as a scarf that mainly appeared around the neck of certain deities and sacred animals in specific contexts in some temples and tombs’ depictions. It also displays some examples of men wearing this scarf around their chest and waist. It reviews distinctive ancient Egyptian themes, in which this kind of scarf is represented for identifying its origin, forms, colors, function and symbolism. For achieving these goals, the article employs a descriptive analytical approach of the figures wearing the (Sa) sign as a neck scarf in ancient Egyptian scenes either royal or private. However, it has been reported that the hospitality industry is reluctant to adopt BDA. Additionally, precedent studies pointed to a knowledge gap and called for further research in this subject. Hence, this research explores the current and intended levels of adoption of BDA in hotels. It also proposes and examines a mediated-moderated model for the impact of perceived benefits and risks on the current and intended levels of BDA adoption in hotels. This study followed a quantitative approach whereby a questionnaire form was developed and distributed to IT managers/engineers and general/deputy managers in hotels. A total of 265 complete and valid responses were collected and analyzed. PLS-SEM using smart PLS 3.0 was employed to test the model. The results indicated that perceived benefits positively influence the current and intended level of BDA implementation in hotels. Moreover, perceived risks had a negative moderating effect on the linkage between perceived benefits and both the current and intended levels of BDA adoption. Data was collected from four private airlines. To gather data; two versions of the surveys were distributed. The first was for airlines' executives and consultants, and the second was for passengers. While 34 valid surveys were collected from the airlines' executives, a total of 310 valid surveys were collected from passengers. The results showed there is a statistically significant relationship between the elements of innovation and competitive advantage in airlines. The study provides the Egyptian government with recommendations on paying more attention to developing the innovation system and embedding its culture in society. Secondly, recommendations directed at top management in airlines include: matching on-board services to today’s passengers' interests and adopting features such as online food ordering and pre-ordering meals. Additionally, to adopt technological innovation such as AI-based improvements and the AI-enabled food waste management system. This presents a number of critical that should be implemented in companies. include: the issue of creativity and innovation; developing the innovation system and embedding its culture in society by providing educational opportunities for tourism and hospitality based on innovation foundations; providing opportunities for tourism and hotel students to collaborate with private sector institutions and airlines to present new ideas in providing meals, services, and innovations that contribute to positive travel experience; building innovations in the tourism and aviation sectors by providing specialized programs and organizations to support students' innovations and to benefit from funding opportunities for innovative tourism projects that contribute to the opening of new doors The necessity of cooperation between the Egyptian government, airlines, and food and beverage service providers to foster innovations that would help deliver distinctive travel experiences; Launch the \"Creative Traveller\" initiative, embracing their innovations to develop the application, and rewarding creative travellers with incentives and rewards for their value-added services. However, the institutions of higher tourism education in Egypt face many challenges, which call for the application of comprehensive development programs, highlight the role of quality management in developing these educational institutions, and then provide qualified human resources for the labor market in the tourism field. The research aims to clarify the requirements of quality management in institutions of higher tourism education, and the relationship of academic accreditation to the level of the graduate, then present proposals to contribute to achieving alignment between the outputs of higher tourism education and the tourism labor market. The results of the study showed that the curriculum taught in the Department of Tourism Studies is advanced curricula, but they are not commensurate with developments in the tourism labor market.
