The chapter 42BD evolved from the spell 539 of the Pyramid Texts. Chapter BD 42 consists of a number of vignettes that have changed from time to time and these vignettes correspond to the text of the spell. The appearance of chapter BD 42 was rare in the Old Kingdom, then it began to flourish in the New Kingdom period, and its importance began to decrease in the Third Intermediate period, and it began to flourish again during the Late period. By the Ptolemaic period, new features have been added to the chapter vignettes, and during that period Chapter BD 42 has reached the peak of its prosperity. Purpose – The sustainability and procedures that are taken by all public and private authorities in a given region (Egypt) dictate the type of development in that area (around the Grand Egyptian Museum “GEM”). From among those authorities, the role that should be played by museums is questioned. The Grand Egyptian Museum stands as a unique institution that possesses the potentiality of developing and explaining new significant knowledge to the society. How the Grand Egyptian Museum will contribute the sustainability in the Egyptian community. Sustainability implications after the GEM become more and more important. Quality is the basis in the Customer's selection a certain service. It is important to take into consideration how the Customer judges the high from the low quality. so, the customer is the main element in any organization. Total Quality Management (TQM) is important for tourism organizations to improve the quality in Tourism sector; in addition to help them improve their management and increase employees' productivity. The purposes of this research are: to Determine the level of total quality management in Egyptian tourism firms, to define the elements of total quality, measuring the extent of its application in Egyptian tourism firms and to examine the relationships between the dimensions of total quality management and performance during crises.The study used the descriptive method to collect data to test research purposes. The collection of data was mainly based on questionnaire.The results showed that continuous improvement and work teams during crisis are not present in the tourism firm as there is a lack of interaction with the changing and renewed needs of the Customer.
