{"title":"高强度间歇训练对跑步爱好者有氧能力影响的实证研究","authors":"梅 肖, 晓阳 徐","doi":"10.33142/jscs.v1i1.4427","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33142/jscs.v1i1.4427","url":null,"abstract":"目的:功能性体能训练在我国竞技体育领域已经得到广泛的认可,但在群众体育领域中却较少涉及,文中通过对跑步爱好者进行12周功能性体能训练结合高强度间歇训练,分析探讨功能性体能训练结合高强度间歇训练方案对跑步爱好者有氧能力的影响。方法:将24名跑步爱好者随机平均分为两组,实验组(n=12)进行功能性体能训练结合高强度间歇训练,对照组(n=12)进行中等强度持续训练,总运动时间为12周,每周三次。训练开始前和结束后分别采用身体成分测试仪进行身体成分测试;采用跑步机和气体代谢分析仪进行有氧能力测试。结果:(1)经过12周训练,实验组体重和骨骼肌量显著性增加(P<0.05),体脂率下降(P>0.05);对照组体重显著性增加(P<0.05)。(2)实验组无氧阈摄氧量显著性提高(P<0.05),无氧阈摄氧量无氧阈速度非常显著性提高(P<0.01);对照组指标有小幅度的提高但无显著性差异。(3)实验组最大摄氧量速度显著性提高(P<0.05);最大摄氧量速度下的每公里耗氧量显著性降低(P<0.05);力竭最高速度显著提高(P<0.05);对照组指标均无显著性变化。结论:功能性体能训练结合高强度间歇训练较之中等强度持续训练能够更好改善业余跑步爱好者身体成分,提高无氧阈摄氧量和无氧阈速度,改善最大摄氧量相关指标,提高跑步动作经济性,达到提高业余跑步爱好者的有氧能力的目的。","PeriodicalId":290810,"journal":{"name":"体能科学","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114046451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
