Those organizations ignore people with poor communication skills because they want employees who can successfully communicate in both English and the local language. During the interview, the job seeker must deal with the English language, and job interview skills are not generally taught in formal schools. The goal of this program is to use the team-teaching method to deliver English for Job Hunting Training to 16 students at Baba Al Hikmah. This method contains English Interview Tips and Tricks, as well as understanding Curriculum Vitae and Resume, are included in this strategy. To do so, the author utilizes 4 techniques (planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation) to solve the students’ problem at Baba Al Hikmah. With the help of this training, the students have better knowledge in English for Job Hunting (Interview, Curriculum Vitae, Resume), have a stronger desire to learn English, and have new English Vocabularies. The data in this study are the results of a questionnaire and the data source is the questionnaire. The subjects are the participants of the technical guidance who are also EFL teachers and EFL pre-service teachers. The instruments are 5 questions on Strengthening Education Character, 5 questions on Literacy, and 5 questions on HOTS in the Learning Implementation Plan. The e-learning method is an electronic learning system that utilizes internet facilities in the process, teachers can interact with students in online classes. SMPN 5 Palu, Central Sulawesi Province is one of the junior high schools which is strategically located, can be reached from three directions and transportation is smooth. This school has strengths, among others: having teaching staff who are highly committed to improving the quality of graduates, a large number of applicants, high student enthusiasm for learning, and adequate laboratories, including a multimedia laboratory. The learning method used by teachers at partner schools so far is the conventional method, namely lectures in class, there is no use of internet facilities in their learning because they do not know, even though the facilities and infrastructure owned by teachers and students are very supportive, because teachers and students most of the students already have their own laptops and in schools there are already available computer laboratory facilities. Likewise, telecommunications and internet network facilities have reached almost all areas of Palu City, so it is not difficult to implement online learning. Where the purpose of this training is that learning can run effectively even in PJJ conditions by adapting to Microsoft Office 365 so that students who are far outside the city of Palu can still carry out online learning. Assisting teachers in managing online classes such as uploading materials, creating online practice questions and assigning value to the questions, creating materials into interesting learning videos and so on. Microsoft Office 365 is one of the Cloud-based Office applications created by the Microsoft company that allows users to be able to access various online/online content with the help of the internet. Teachers' challenges in writing scientific papers are mostly due to having limited time to conduct research and some of them are clueless to the rules of scientific paper writing. The purpose of this devotional is to map the needs of English teachers in increasing professionalism through writing scientific papers. The method employed to achieve this goal is to provide research assistance and article writing for journals at least within 30 hours. Recent devotional is a replication of the previous devotional that has been conducted in partnership with the English MGMP of SMA/SMK in Malang which has proven effective and has succeeded in assisting 6 teachers in publishing journal articles. Social engagement is applied to English teachers in kabupaten Malang dan kota Batu. Penyampaian materi sosialisasi dan pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan beberapa metode yang relevan, yaitu: metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Para guru dibekali dengan pemahaman fundamental agar dapat melakukan praktik penelitian tindakan kelas dan praktik penulisan karya ilmiah berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut. Para partisipan adalah para guru bahasa Inggris di Malang. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap yang dilakukan baik dengan pertemuan tatap muka maupun kelas secara daring. Hasil kegiatan inimenunjukkan bahwa para guru mempunyai pemahaman yang lebih baik dalam melakukan dan menuliskan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dibuktikan dengan isi laporan penelitian mereka yang semakin baik dalam hal latar belakang penelitian dan metode penelitian. Dalam sesi daring, para guru memberikan respon sangat positif yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya diskusi dan partisipasi aktif antar peserta dan dengan tim pengabdian. However, not all teachers have the skills to write good scientific articles. This community service was carried out in two high schools, and three elementary schools in Pasuruan Regency which was held in the year 2020. The community service involved five lecturers across study programs, namely lecturers from English language education, Indonesian language and literature education, and mathematics education. This service aims to describe 1) the problems encountered by the teacher when writing scientific articles, 2) describe the stages of problem solving, and 3) describe the results that have been achieved during mentoring in writing scientific articles for publication. The problem of identifications show that teachers lack of knowledge and skills regarding how to write abstracts, good background for scientific articles, presentation of discussions, and writing a bibliography. The stages of problem solving are divided into three stages, namely 1) the planning stage, 2) the implementation stage, and 3) the publication stage. The results of the service show that there are three teachers who can meet the minimum standards of scientific articles to be published in scientific journals. Untuk itu, orang tua, pendidik, pemerintah diharapkan bersungguh-sungguh memberikan pendidikan yang terbaik bagi mereka. Kesepahaman serta tindakan melindungi terhadap hak atas anak telah dijamin dalam Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 Pasal 28B ayat (2) menyatakan bahwa setiap anak berhak atas kelangsungan hidup, tumbuh dan berkembang serta berhak atas perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi, namun dalam implementasinya di lapangan masih menunjukkan adanya berbagai kekerasan yang menimpa pada anak antara lain adalah bullying. Meningkatnya dan tumbuh kembangan kebutuhan masyarakat di dunia, teknologi informasi memegang peran penting, baik di masa kini maupun di masa mendatang. Peran dari teknologi juga berpengaruh kepada siswa-siswi di sekolah, karena teknologi juga dapat menyebabkan siswa-siswi dapat melakukan tindakan bullying pada siswa yang lainnya, sehingga tidak dapat dipungkiri tindakan bullying juga semakin meningkat dikalangan pelajar, minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat, pelajar, terkait tindakan bullying. Atas dasar itu, diperlukan sosialisasi stop bullying dikalangan pelajar/siswa-siswi di SMK/SMA Muhammadiyah Singkut. Adapun Sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan 1). Menyampaikan materi secara langsung/Ceramah tentang definisi, dampak yang ditimbulkan, peraturan-peraturan yang terkait dengan bullying, 2). Shering, berdiskusi, Tanya jawab dan dialog diberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam sosialisasi ini, 3). Mengguanakan alat bantu Audio Visual peralatan elektronik audio visual akan dapat digunakan untuk menampilkan foto-foto/ilustrasi para korban bullying, menampilkan materi dll. Pada sektor pendidikan yang berada di daerah terpencil multi potensi seperti Desa Toyomarto pun kurang begitu mendapat perhatian pemerintahan setempat di dalam upaya mengembangkan kegiatan sumber daya manusia. Kurangnya fasilitas IT dalam dunia pendidikan terutama di sekolah-sekolah yang berada di desa berakibat lemahnya perkembangan IT dalam era revolusi industri 4.0. Pemilihan tema untuk penguatan mutu pendidikan ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia terutama tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik. Penguatan mutu pendidikan berbasis potensi kearifan lokal daerah terutama Desa Toyomarto ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan terutama peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menerapkan potensi yang ada di Desa Toyomarto ini. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian merencanakan sebuah konsep penguatan mutu pendidikan di Desa Toyomarto Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang berupa mengadakan workshop/pelatihan pengembangan mutu pendidikan dengan berbasis potensi daerah yang bisa dimaksimalkan dalam peningkatan pendidikan. Most of the research on the two strategies aforementioned emphasized more on the perspective of students and teachers using conventional methods. However, research on how to use collaborative writing strategies and feedback using Google Docs is least investigated. Therefore, this article aims to describe the process of implementing English language learning through collaborative writing training for Senior High School teachers in Surabaya by using Google Docs application. This training was conducted by English Department of the University of Adi Buana Surabaya in collaboration with MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) Bahasa Inggris or English Teacher Working Group as a part of community service. It is held online and was attended by 65 participants for three days. The data were obtained from the survey, language teachers’ reflections, as well as interview and analysed using content analysis. The results of the data analysis show that in addition to increasing teacher knowledge about the two learning strategies – collaborative writing and corrective feedback, the teachers also get hands-on experience applying these learning strategies with the help of technology applications on Google.
