Speech is one of the first steps to practice oral communication skills. The fact that occurs in the classroom that students feel less able to do this activity. In addition, students feel that their level of self-convidence is very low. In this regard, the researchers provided assistance to students to practice speech activities using the practice rehearsal pairs method. This activity was carried out at MI Mafatihul Huda. The method of implementation includes preparation, implementation of activities, evaluation, and preparation of final report. As for the result of the activites, the students confidence in giving speeches in pairs. It is fitting that educational institutions, including in Indonesia, provide this main developmental context by equipping students with lifelong mental health and wellbeing skills. The ongoing demands on students are able to replace their capacity to cope, coupled, in most cases, with preexisting or newly manifested psychiatric symptoms. The findings of many surveys have highlighted the true severity of the student mental health crisis and are an urgent call to action for universities and government agencies because otherwise it risks an entire generation of students and the future of a nation. Regarding stigma in society, even in educational institutions themselves, the level of hiding the real problem poses a risk that tends to be higher than when we face and deal with this problem openly. The data is taken from questionnaire. The participants in this study is the English eachers from Vocational High School in Surabaya. There are 5 questions in the questionnaire. The results showed that the English teachers from Vocational High School in Surabaya is enthusiastic to join the workshop and to create the teaching module after the workshop finished. Upaya meningkatkan kualitas di bidang pendidikan dan untuk mendorong peningkatan kompetensi guru yang memiliki kecerdasan dan daya saing yang lebih baik, maka arah kegiatan yang ditempuh adalah meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran yang berintegrasi digital era milenial 4.0 berupa produk media ajar visual digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Penguatan kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan media visual digital terutama Desa Toyomarto ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan terutama peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dengan meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru dalam menyiapkan media ajar dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian berupa workshop/pelatihan dengan penyelenggara pendidikan di semua jenjang pendidikan terkait “Penguatan penguatan kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan media ajar visual digital di Desa Toyomarto Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang”. Lebih jauh, perencanaan sinergi pengembangan kualitas pendidikan ini akan berdampak positif dalam peningkatan strategi, perencanaan, media, dan evaluasi pembelajaran di Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan sastra Indonesia. They no longer use manual methods. The implementation of this activity is carried out in three stages: preparation, performance, and evaluation. The implementation stage starts with the basics of using Microsoft Excel. At the preparation stage, the community service team was surveyed to determine the conditions and analyse the places to use. Next, the team prepares the material to be given in providing training to community service participants. This service activity involves presentations, lectures with questions and answers, and practice. While delivering the material, the community service team conducted a question-and-answered session with the participants, who were expected to interact with the servants and the participants. The last stage is the evaluation stage. Students of MAN 1 Pasuruan have a great curiosity about Japanese culture, especially about the lives of Japanese high school students, shodou 'Japanese calligraphy', Japanese language, and JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test). However, learning Japanese at MAN 1 Pasuruan has limited learning time, so that during learning hours it is more focused on teaching basic Japanese, while teaching about Japanese culture and JLPT is still very necessary. Therefore, this community service activity aims to increase students' understanding and interest in Japanese culture and language so that students can measure their own learning success and Japanese language skills with JLPT test. This community service activities were carried out at MAN 1 Pasuruan using a blended method which was attended by 50 students (40 students via online and 10 students via offline) from class X Language, XI Language, and XII Language by introducing Japanese high school life, simulations of JLPT test, as well as demonstrations and shodou workshops by native speakers and experts who expert in their fields. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain spot hasta karya kreatif sekaligus membuat spot hasta karya kreatif bekerja sama dengan Pemerintah Desa Toyomarto. Metode yang digunakan untuk merealisasikan tujuan ini adalah dengan survei dan observasi sebagai studi pendahuluan, dilanjutkan FGD dengan pihak terkait (desa, tim ahli, dan tim pengabdian) untuk merumuskan desai spot hasta karya kreatif, menentukan lokasi yang tepat, dan menyepakati berbagai hal teknis lain terkait pembuatan spot hasta karya kreatif. Selanjutnya, diakhiri dengan penyerahan simbolis dan evaluasi spot hasta karya kreatif. Metode kegiatan ini adalah dengan pelatihan yang beNukerja sama dengan UPT Puskesmas Sekaran. Hasil kegiatan produk kreatif yang berupa tas, tote bag, dan dompet. In this national assessment, three instruments are elements of the evaluation: Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), Character Survey, and School Environment Survey. AKM itself is an assessment of essential competencies needed by all students at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels to develop their capacity and participate actively and positively in society. After the MOU with the Japanese Language MGMP in the Malang area with the Japanese Language Education Study Program, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this collaboration can only be realised in 2021. The formulation of the problem from this Penmas is 1. How to make teaching materials (in brief) easier for students to understand the material taught in the form of worksheets? 2. How to write assignments and exercises to improve students' understanding of the themes taught in worksheets? The final result of this Penmas is the creation of AKM-based Japanese worksheets.
