This study took a sample of 200 members of the Indonesian National Police as respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study prove partially that the application of discipline with indicators following the workplace apples, attending work apples, knowing the work procedures that apply, are not permitted to leave work before work is completed, use work uniforms according to work days, use identification as long as they know the regulations, must provide a certificate when unable to, must obey the leader, must be prepared to accept the reward when guilty, get an award when completing a good job has a positive significant influence on the performance of members of the National Police. Assel","doi":"10.51125/citaekonomika.v13i1.2651","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51125/citaekonomika.v13i1.2651","url":null,"abstract":"The research and study cover a theoretical discussion and empirical study on factors affecting the Economic stability and their impact on the performance of the financial sector based on Quartely data from 2001Q1 to 2017Q2. The research employs the Cointegration and Engle Granger-Error Correction Model (ECM) approach by applying the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The ECM is performed to anticipate the possibility of errors and disparity between the theoretical model and the statistical model as well as to identify long-term balance and validity of the model employed in the research. The research results indicate that within a long-term period, there is balance between changes in the GDP and the monetary variables i.e. interest rate, inflation, M2 and rupiah exchange rate despite the fact that the M2 variable does not significantly affect the GDP within the observed period. On the other hand, within a short-term period changes in the GDP affected significantly by the ECT variable. Within such a period, interest rate, inflation, M2 and exchange rate variables do not significantly affect GDP. Thus, it can be concluded that the GDP tend to respond to changes occurring in monetary variables, especially interest rate, inflation and M2. Currently, the result of financial performance analysis shows that the average of the financial deepening quartely in Indonesia during the observation period is 3.80 percent. The methodology used includes estimating the Autoregresive moving average (Arima) model, elasticity approach, central tendency, and landscape analysis. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Maluku's economy in the next five years is estimated to experience a slight increase with an average economic growth of 6.4 percent; 2) In line with the increase in economic activity inflation is also predicted to increase proportionally at an average of 3.1 percent for Ambon inflation, and 3.9 percent for Tual inflation; 3) Unemployment is predicted to decline with an average decline of 0.3 percent annually, while the poverty rate is also predicted to decline with an average decline of 0.6 percent per year. The Village Fund Policy is determined by the government through Government Regulation No. 60 of 2014 concerning Village Funds sourced from the State Budget and Expenditure. This policy is intended to create a strong, advanced, independent and democratic village so that the role and potential of the village must be empowered. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, the authors will approach the object of research by digging information in accordance with the perceptions of the author and the informant and can develop according to the interactions that occur in the interview process. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study state that the Village Fund Program Policy (DD) in Baguala District of Ambon City runs quite well, this can be seen from the Village Fund program activities in accordance with the preparation in the form of a list of proposed activity plans, implementation of each activity, evaluation of activities until the formulation of accountability , and the economy of the people in Baguala Subdistrict increased after the Village Fund program. This is due to the increase in infrastructure in the form of agricultural roads, so that access to transportation from the plantation location is easier, thus accelerating the process of selling agricultural products.
