本研究旨在实证检验产品因素、价格因素、促销因素、人员因素和服务流程因素对消费者在新加坡金祥人寿人寿安汶分公司选择Smile Link 88产品的影响。本研究为实证研究,采用的抽样技术为目的抽样。分析采用最小二乘方程的多元回归分析,假设检验采用t统计量检验偏回归系数,f统计量检验影响效果,置信水平为5%。授权结果表明,在产品因素对消费者选择Smile Link 88产品的购买决策有显著影响方面,价格因素对消费者选择Smile Link 88产品的购买决策有显著影响方面,促销因素对消费者选择Smile Link 88产品的购买决策有显著影响方面。人因素对消费者选择Smile Link 88产品的购买决策有显著影响,服务过程因素(过程)对PT人寿保险新华人寿安邦分公司消费者选择Smile Link 88产品的购买决策有显著影响。
