Salah satu cara non farmakologi untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI yaitu dengan dilakukan pijat laktasi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat laktasi terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasi eksperimental dengan desain pretest-posttest one group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi ibu yang sedang menyusui berjumlah 50 orang serta sampel yang digunakan yaitu ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-6 bulan dengan penentuan jumlah sampel memakai rumus slovin dengan hasil sebanyak 36 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah Kelurahan Banjar Tengah, Kecamatan Negara pada tanggal 13 Desember 2021 - 13 Januari 2022. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis bivariat, didapatkan bahwa nilai p value yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pijat laktasi terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-6 bulan secara signifikan. Pijat laktasi bermanfaat untuk mengurangi nyeri, ketegangan, stres, kecemasan, serta meningkatkan produksi ASI. The rate of dysmenorrhea in the world is very large, on average more than 50% of women in every country experience dysmenorrhea. In Indonesia, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is found as much 64.25%, most commonly found in adolescents. Altough generally harmless, it can interfere with daily activities. In addition to using pharmacology, dysmenorrhea can be overcome with non-pharmacological techniques, namely by doing dysmenorrhea exercises. \u0000Objective : To determine the effect of dysmenorrhea exercise on pain scale during dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls in Kenayan Hamlet, Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman DIY. \u0000Methods : The research design used a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test design without control. The subjects of the study were the young women of the village of Kenayan who experienced dysmenorrhea as many as 38 respondents. Pain scale is measured by NRS. Statistical test using T-Tes Pired Test. \u0000Results : The pain scale before the dysmenorrhea exercise is done 5,00 ±1727 (1-9) and after the dysmenorrhea exercise is done it is 2,00±1,109 (0-4). According to data from the Pekanbaru city office in 2019, there were 5 people carrying out an IVA examination at the Simpang Baru Health Center. Factors that influence WUS in the IVA examination behavior are knowledge, attitudes and actions. This study aims to describe the behavior of WUS in an effort to detect cervical cancer using the IVA method in the work area of the Simpang Baru Health Center. Methodology on this research was a quantitative descriptive. The sample in this research were 100 respondents who live in Simpang Baru with propotional random Sampling technique. The variables in this study are behavior with the variable domains of knowledge, attitudes and actions. Measuring instruments used was a questionnaire. The analysis used was univariate. The results of the study based on WUS behavior, it was found that respondents with a row level of knowledge about cervical cancer and early detection efforts were (65%), respondents had a bad attitude about early detection efforts (54%), most of the respondents did not want to take early detection efforts. cervical cancer (54%). and WUS behavior is categorized as negative (61,0%). Behavior will be realized if high knowledge is followed by good attitudes and good actions, therefore it is recommended to increase promotion and counseling about cervical cancer and early detection efforts, so that it will increase awareness and willingness to improve health behavior in efforts to detect cervical cancer early with the IVA method. Cadexomer Iodine (CI) and Polyhexamethylene Biguanide (PHMB) are antimicrobial and broad-spectrum wound washing fluids. The uncontrolled infection will complicate wound healing due to bacteria or plankton from the biofilm stage to infection, which causes a long healing time. Purpose: to determine the effectiveness of the combination of Polyhexamethylene biguanide and Cadexomer Iodine on venous leg ulcer wound healing. Methods: This study is a case study using CVLUs as a sample, with pre-test and post-test designs, patients with CVLUs received topical antimicrobial CI and PHMB interventions on wounds for 7 weeks. The sample in this study used one sample with a pre-post treatment design for seven days.. The instrument uses the Bates Jensen Wound Assessment Tool. Results: The combination of CI and PHMB was shown to improve the healing of CVLUs by controlling bacterial infection in wounds. In the 2nd week, the wound was 26cm x 15cm, the slough was reduced, and the red base wound increased. In the 3rd week, the wound was stage 4, and the granulation increase was 75%. In the 7th treatment, the wound size scale increased 7cmx4cm, the wound became stage 2, and a significant increase in epithelialization was 75%. This disorder is a disease associated with delayed development of lung maturity or a lack of surfactant in the lungs. One of the problems that must be overcome is an ineffective breathing pattern. Interventions in ineffective breathing patterns, one of which is the provision of a pronation position to maintain hemodynamic status. Giving the pronation position is considered effective to improve the hemodynamic status of the patient, because the pronation position can increase pulmonary ventilation and can reduce lung pressure by intra-abdominal organs so that it can improve the patient's oxygenation. The method used was a case study using 3 respondents who were treated in the NICU room of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, which aimed to see differences in the hemodynamic status of patients before and after being given a pronation position. The criteria for these observational patients are patients with respiratory distress who have symptoms of ineffective breathing patterns (down score 5-7) and use a breathing apparatus. This nursing care is carried out directly on Infants I, Infants II and III with the age of 0-6 days. The intervention was given for 2-10 days, the results of the development of the patient's condition were good, there was an increase in oxygen saturation, pulse and temperature in the baby. This research aims to identify the effect of honey on sleep quality in the elderly before and after giving pure honey in Galeso Village, Wonomulyo Community Health Center, Polewali Mandar Regency. This research is a quantitative research using a pre-experimental design. The research was carried out in Galeso Village from June to July 2021. The sample in this research amounted to 17 people. The analysis was tested using univariate and bivariate analysis. Sleep quality was measured using the PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) questionnaire. It is proven in Indonesia that PROM is the highest disorder in childbirth complications. Several factors cause PROM such as parity, fetal position abnormalities, anemia, and so on. This study aims to describe the causes of premature rupture of membranes at Ananda General Hospital, Purwokerto. This research method is descriptive quantitative in retrospective approach. The population in this study is all medical record data for mothers giving birth with premature rupture of membranes at Ananda General Hospital Purwokerto in 2021, namely a total of 113 respondents using the total sampling technique so that the sample is 113 respondents. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis used is univariate analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the majority age factor was mothers aged 20-35 years (92%), the majority parity factor was primiparous mothers (56.6%), the majority gestational age factor was term pregnancy (≥ 37 weeks) as many as ( 88.5%), the majority of fetal position abnormalities were head presentation (89.4%), the majority of anemia factors were not anemia (65.5%). Data presentase secara nasional pada tahun 2019 pemberian ASI bayi baru lahir sebesar 67,74% sedangkan Kabupaten Banjarnegara persentase sebesar 60,6% dan menduduki peringkat ke 13 se-Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan keletihan pada ibu post partum dalam pemberian ASI di Rumah Sakit Emanuel Banjarnegara tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan analitik korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel ibu post partum yang diambil sebanyak 31 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi maupun eksklusi dengan teknik sampling insidental atau accidental sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan PFS (Postpartum Fatique Scale) dengan pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Spearman’s. The purpᴏꜱe ᴏf thіꜱ ꜱtudy waꜱ tᴏ determіne the deꜱcrіptіᴏn ᴏf іndependence іn the elderly at Rᴏujіn Hᴏme Aіwakaі Іkedaen ᴏkіnawa Japan. Thіꜱ ꜱtudy uꜱeꜱ a deꜱcrіptіve technіque wіth a crᴏꜱꜱ ꜱectіᴏnal apprᴏach. The ꜱample uꜱed іn the ꜱtudy waꜱ 30 reꜱpᴏndentꜱ uꜱіng іncluꜱіᴏn crіterіa and excluꜱіᴏn crіterіa. The ꜱamplіng technіque іn thіꜱ ꜱtudy uꜱed purpᴏꜱіve ꜱamplіng. The analyꜱіꜱ іn thіꜱ ꜱtudy uꜱed unіvarіate analyꜱіꜱ wіth a tᴏtal ᴏf 30 reꜱpᴏndentꜱ. The tᴏᴏlꜱ uꜱed іn thіꜱ ꜱtudy were queꜱtіᴏnnaіreꜱ and the Barthel іndex ᴏbꜱervatіᴏn ꜱheet. The deꜱcrіptіᴏn ᴏf the іndependence ᴏf the elderly at Rᴏujіn Hᴏme Aіwakaі Іkedaen ᴏkіnawa Japan fᴏund that the elderly іn Rᴏjіnhᴏme Aіwakaі Іkedaen Japan were mᴏꜱtly іn the categᴏry ᴏf ᴏld age (75-90 yearꜱ) aꜱ many aꜱ 21 peᴏple (70.0%). Mᴏꜱt ᴏf the elderly іn_Rᴏjіnhᴏme Aіwakaі_Іkedaen _ᴏkіnawa,_Japan_are_16_peᴏple (53.3%). The elderly іn Rᴏjіnhᴏme Aіwakaі Іkedaen ᴏkіnawa Japan mᴏꜱtly have hypertenꜱіᴏn, aꜱ many aꜱ 25 peᴏple (83.3%). Pelaksanaan Kontrasepsi tidak seutuhnya berjalan dengan lancar, hal ini dibuktikan dengan masih banyak kejadian unmet need. Unmet need merupakan suatu kejadian dimana pasangan usia subur tidak memakai alat kontrasepsi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat penggunan KB dengan kejadian unmet need pada pasangan usia subur di Desa Widarapayung Kulon. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan jenis studi korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 79 untuk masing-masing kontrol dan kasus menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diambil menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan sebanyak 79 PUS yang unmet need dan sebanyak 90 responden memiliki riwayat penggunaan KB, Hasil analisis uji statistik Chi Square diperoleh nilai p=0,002 (p<0,05) dengan nilai OR (Odds Ratio) sebesar 2,88.
