The hardware system consists of a STM32 chip, current transformer, A/D circuit and display. FFT and phase difference correction method is used to measure and correct the power harmonic parameters. This paper introduces the statistical properties of Inverse Gaussian Compound Gaussian distribution (IG-CG) and according to theory of spherically invariant random process (SIRP), proposes a simulating method of radar clutter based on IG-CG model. The results of experiment proved that random vectors generated by the method fit theoretical clutters of IG-CG distribution both in amplitude aspect and power spectral density aspect. First of all, a speech was recorded, and some noises were added to the original speech signal; then several common digital filters were used to filter the speech signal, playing the sound before and after filtering; then we compared and analyzed the results. Concentrating photovoltaic (CPV) technology uses concentrated sunlight to achieve a cost-effective solar energy. However, operating temperature of solar cells increases significantly as sunlight is densely concentrated, so thermal management is an important issue in the development of concentrating photovoltaic systems. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) has the potential to assist in the specification of operating conditions and designs of the CPV cooling systems that minimise the temperature and temperature gradients of the solar module in the PV receiver. This paper reports the construction of a 10-silicon CPV cell linear liquid-immersed solar receiver and a CFD model of this receiver using the commercial code, Fluent 6.3.
