Based on the model and experimental measurements, an analysis of the set of antenna characteristics is carried out and its modification is proposed. In the modification of the antenna, a radar absorbing material with a thickness of 10 mm is used, which significantly reduces the uneven distribution of the field in the near zone of the antenna. The distribution of the field amplitude for the modernized antenna (with the application of radar absorbing material) has an enlarged region of the “quasiplane” wave. The windows have the form of a sum of a small number of cosine-power terms, are simple to calculate, and can be used in real-time systems. They are synthesized to have the minimum possible level of the highest sidelobe of the spectrum. A representative number of optimal windows with sidelobe falloff rates up to 100 dB per octave and the maximum sidelobe level down to minus 200 dB are synthesized. Moreover, to determine the parameters of the probability density of the hyperexponential distribution, it is proposed to use the EM algorithm. This is the 2D location. However, when sensing an object in the some environment, for example, inside the human body, or when sensing underground objects with multispectral passive radar, it is possible to determine the third coordinate - the depth of the object. This is the case of 3D location. This article is devoted to consideration of features of 3D location by passive radars for alive and non-alive objects. For alive objects, it is medical multichannel multifrequency radiothermography, which is used, in particular, to determine the location of a malignant tumor. For non-living objects, it is remote sensing of the earth to determine surface temperature, integral humidity and depth of water table. The models for the description of the reception processes of the own human radio-thermal field are resulted. The possibility of calculating the required parameters by measuring antenna temperatures simultaneously in two different frequency ranges is analyzed. The conditions for solutions finding by both analytical and numerical methods are revealed. The possible maximum depth for tumors detection depending on the parameters of radiothermograph and thermal contrast in the source is determined. The necessitate of multi frequency receiving is approving. Although however, cyber-security is one of the most critical economic and national security challenges. Life has become more subjected on Internet-based tools, and there is a growing demand for a cyber-security centre to gain safe structure, and cyber-space development. Information is a principal element in the infocommunication system, where trusted service providers have a security system in place to prevent, support and protect their data against malicious attack or theft of information. To encrypt data with the larger size, mostly symmetric key encryption is using like advanced encryption standard (AES). This paper, is dealing first, with the characteristics of data that can be addressed to the cyber attacks. Secondly, a formal definition model is applied to improve the performance of the application where session keys are used to communicate using a pre-encrypted search table approach. Utilization of PCSK-signals permits an essential improvement of the radar image quality at the stage of its compression on azimuthal coordinate. In this paper, probing signals with zero autocorrelation zone (ZACZ) are synthesized, which signals represent a sequence of two PCSK-pulses with additional linear frequency shift keying of sub-pulses in the pulses. A comparative analysis of the correlation characteristics of the synthesized signal and the PCSK-signal coded by MS has been performed. It shows that in ZACZ, at a mismatch in the Doppler frequency, the level of all ACF side lobes (SL) of the synthesized signal is less than the ACF SL level of the PCSKsignal coded by MS. When implementing high-performance computing algorithms on this basis, an important issue is the effective implementation of non-modular operations, including determining the sign of a number, comparing numbers, determining overflow, dividing numbers, etc. One of the mechanisms for the effective implementation of non-modular operations is the use of positional characteristics, among which one can distinguish an approximate method that has low computational complexity in comparison with other approaches. However, the use of the approximate method can lead to errors in the calculation process in order to increase productivity, which affects the correctness of the results of the calculation of a non-modular operation. For eliminate this drawback, an interval-positional characteristic is used. The article examines the question of the necessary accuracy of the calculation of the interval-positional characteristic. These techniques require robust echo cancellation mechanism to subtract the delayed own signal from satellite composite signal on earth stations and to track the echo path online.A comparative analysis of adaptive filters algorithms robustness is being performed. Based on the results of the analysis, the efficient configuration of echo canceller is proposed. The echo canceller is based on specially designed for robust-critical applications algorithm (so-called correlation algorithm). The main advantages of this algorithm are low computational complexity and high robustness.The simulation results demonstrate the proposed echo canceller functional characteristics in comparison with echo cancellers based on such algorithms as: least mean square (LMS), normalized LMS, weighted recursive least square (RLS), frequency domain LMS and lattice RLS. In particular, the algorithm provides residual echo loss on 35 dB, acceptable transient response duration and low computational complexity at the same time.
