The accurate analytical model for analysis of such a resonator is development for the first time. The model is based on the translation matrix method. It also is shown analytically that resonance characteristics are edges of stopbands of corresponding symmetric anisotropic structure. Most of the time, the terminal should operate in the Ka-band, and when hydrometeors appear and the signal level drops down below the threshold, the modem automatically switches the system to the Ku-band, ensuring continuity of communication. Three options of antenna terminals are compared. The model for collecting data about the functioning of a radio electronic system based on an integrated monitoring system of its components states is proposed and justified. The proposed model made possible to adapt one of the most widespread methods of machine learning, gradient boosting, on a sample of historical data, from the General Designer stand and embedded control system, to solve the problem of forecasting the state of the whole system. Operating experience showed that component failures are extremely rare. Closed form analytical expressions for finite signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) diversity gain which is the practically valuable indicator of MIMO system reliability were derived. The values of SNR which put the system into asymptotically full-diversity-gain and degeneration regimes are obtained for both models. The influence of such factors as signal constellation size, MIMO system geometry, one-step correlation coefficient on the SNRs are described. Most helicopters are equipped with satellite navigation systems and airborne altimeters, which provide the pilot with precise coordinate information while flying and landing. However, such systems do not provide information about the state of the landing site surface, including the location of possible unknown objects. On the other hand, an interferometric radar remote sensing approach enables visualization of the landing site surface and processes signals scattered from surface terrain elements and unknown objects. The article discusses the effect of various parameters of the landing site irradiation on the quality of the resulting picture when using the method of interferometric shooting from the helicopter.
