Compared with DTMB standard, DTMB-A has higher spectrum efficiency, stronger robustness and more flexible system parameter combinations. In August 2019, at the invitation of Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB), Tsinghua University organized the field trials to evaluate the coverage effect of DTMB-A in Hong Kong. By setting up the single frequency network (SFN) with 3 transmitting stations, 4K UHDTV program can be transmitted by DTMB-A effectively. In addition to wastage of time, it causes extra congestion on the road as vehicles which were supposed to be parked are still roaming on the roads, consequently extra pollution, and most importantly stress and inconvenience to the driver. To address these issues, a framework is proposed to provide assistance to drivers in searching for a roadside parking place. Instead of providing direction to one parking area, which is not feasible as roadside parking areas do not have reservation facilities, this framework will suggest a series of options (basically routes) for the driver to follow. The approach uses ant colony optimization to tackle the computationally challenging task. The algorithm tries to suggest a route which is not only close to the drivers location but also avoids areas of congestion if possible. The proposed approach is simulated using SUMO simulator suite. The presented system includes an LDPC encoder, Gaussian noise generator and an LDPC decoder. An LDPC encoder and decoder are fully flexible and support different constructions of LDPC codes. It makes possible to obtain performance curves of a large number of LDPC codes and analyse their properties. We have found that the LDPC code proposed in [1] has an error floor higher than the LDPC code proposed by the experimental specification CCSDS 231.1-O-l. Covariance matrix catches the signal correlations and the maximum eigenvalue detection (MED) method is better than the ED for correlated signals. In this paper, taking the advantages of the two algorithms, a combined method of the maximum eigenvalue and energy of the signal is proposed to achieve detection performance improvements. The proposed method is a generalization of the ED and MED methods, which takes the ED and MED algorithms as special cases. The theoretical analysis on detection probability, false alarm probability and threshold are given, and the optimum parameter selection of the proposed method is discussed. The experiments on synthetic data show that HCNN has a high-resolution of identification capability on three types of targets (ballistic missile, hypersonic glide vehicle, hypersonic cruise missile) even in conditions of increased measuring errors, increased time step, and with no preliminary primary data processing. In subsequent works by Neht-Nielsen, it was shown that such a specific type of superposition can be interpreted as a two-layer forward neural network. Such a superposition can also be used as a universal approximation of the function of many variables. In the work, one of the variants of numerical implementation of Kolmogorov’s superposition, proposed by Sprecher and modified by Koppen, was investigated. In addition, the functions of the first layer were considered as a generator of space-filling curves (Peano curves). Numerical experiments were conducted to study the accuracy of the approximation of the function of many variables for the numerical implementation of Kolmogorov’s superposition, proposed by Sprecher and modified by Koppen, for a simplified version of this superposition and for an approach using filling curves.
