Through analysis, this paper points out that ChatGPT can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of Spanish learning, provide learners with a coherent, natural and targeted language practice environment, while at the same time, overcoming geographical and time constraints, as well as enhancing the accessibility and flexibility of teaching. However, with the widespread use of ChatGPT, challenges such as data privacy, content accuracy, cultural sensitivity, learning dependency, and academic integrity rise. This paper summarizes the basic contents of these three theories and their application examples in nudge design. This study aims to explore the influence of physical education courses on the development of soft skills, particularly under the concept of outdoor education. A qualitative research approach was adopted, involving interviews and observations of college students who participated in outdoor physical education courses. The results indicate that outdoor education in physical education courses can effectively enhance college students’ soft skills, including communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability.
