Treatment of patients with wounds, ulcers, wound infection requires the availability of a drug resource, including both auxiliary and specific drug therapy. A significant number of patients with skin pathologies turn to medical and pharmaceutical organizations. Their treatment is a complex and differentiated process depending on the nature and origin of the wound, as well as the individual characteristics of the victim's body. Currently, there are drugs for the treatment of this pathology on the domestic pharmaceutical market, but the most important for drug therapy for skin injuries is group D – dermatological drugs, which is represented by 21 international nonproprietary names and 283 trade names.
Laboratornaya i klinicheskaya meditsina. The relevance of research is substantiated, and the historical aspects of the origin of the institute of management in the context of managerial revolutions are analyzed. \u0000The activity of a pharmacy’s manager as a significant participant in the socially significant activity of an organization providing pharmaceutical care is analyzed. The degree of the manager’s compliance with the requirements imposed on him is different. The qualitatively determined degrees of the manager’s compliance with the requirements of professional activity are the levels of his professionalism. Two levels of professionalism are defined: the level of solving managerial tasks, which are algorithmized activities, which a manager can solve using management technologies known to him; and the level of solving managerial, non-programmed problems, and the possibility of solving them using standard technologies is difficult.\u0000The author emphasizes the need for a rational approach based on the allocation of meaningful parameters of the manager’s activity. It is proved that the competence approach is a methodological basis for designing the models of professionalism. The structure of the competence library for assessing the level of professionalism of the pharmacy’s manager is presented, including the clusters of competencies, the levels of competence development, and the indicators of behavior from ‘outstanding’ to ‘unsatisfactory’.\u0000The author proposes the criteria for the level of a manager’s effectiveness, suitable for their expression in quantitative indicators, and the tools for organizational development, that is managerial and career competencies.
Laboratornaya i klinicheskaya meditsina. The study was conducted between February and July 2022. Study participants were 312 volunteers from Podolsk city Moscow Region aged 6 – 80 years. A total of 312 volunteers were ranged in to five groups depending on a COVID-status (CoV-ST): group 1 – non-vaccinated-recovered, nV-Recover, 106 people; group 2 – vaccinated-non-contact, V-nC, 32 people; group 3 – recovered-then vaccinated (hybrid), R-V (hybrid), 104 people; group 4 – vaccinated-then contacted-recovered, V-R, 68 people; group 5 – non-vaccinated-non-contact, V-nC, 2 people. The amount of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 was measured with an quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit for human blood serum tests for detecting a specific immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies to RBD S-protein SARS-CoV-2 (anti-IgG RBD S-protein SARS-CoV-2) with resulting a BAU “binding antibody units”. The statistical processed an GraphPad Prism software (version 8.0.1) and Excel statistical package Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (verse 2201 16.0.14827.20158). The Pearson’s rank correlation coefficient of parametric measure, descriptive statistics, Wilcoxon test for non-parametric statistics have been performed.\u0000Results. While two (2/312 = 1 %) serum samples from volunteers of group 5 were negative in anti-IgG to RBD S-protein SARS-CoV-2, the three hundred ten (310/312 = 99 %) serum samples from volunteers of group 1 – 4 were positive demonstrating the level of anti-IgG to RBD S-protein SARS-CoV-2 from 19.3 to 42.510 BAU/ml (in average 3.827 BAU/ml, median 1.990 BAU/ml, р < 0.0001). The proportion of total structure of seroprevalence which presented by 89.7 % (278/310 = 89.7 %), 65.8 % (204/310 = 65.8 %) and 55.5 % (172/310 = 55.5 %) cases respectively was introduced by ill-induced, vaccine-induced, and mixed seroprevalences from groups 1, 3 and 4; 2, 3 and 4; 3 and 4 respectively. Blood serum from 87 (87/104 = 28.1 %) seropositive volunteers of group 3 presented by level of IgG antibodies to RBD S-protein SARS-CoV-2 ranged from 500 to 42.510 BAU/ml as well as a direct-moderate correlation between COVID-19-confirmation and volunteer’s history was noted (r = 0.4, р < 0.0001).\u0000Conclusion. A high, a highest and hyperimmune response to SARS-CoV-2 which was prevailed in volunteers with CoV-ST R-V (hybrid) and was detected from 500 to > 26.000 BAU/ml reaching a maximum of 42.510 BAU/ml. The aim of the study was to estimate the protection level by anti-IgG to RBD S-protein of the SARS-CoV-2 delivered from natural and vaccine-induced immunity in persons who have contact with COVID-19.\u0000Methods. Fourteen (14) persons presented a lab medical stuff and their relatives aged 19-72 years with several COVID-status (CoV-ST) who had contact with COVID-19 the last 10 days before blood collection was underwent to clinical trials.\u0000The CoV-ST presented by 1) non-vaccinated, recovered, nV-Recover; 2) unvaccinated, non-contact, V-nC; 3) recovered and then vaccinated (hybrid), R-V (hybrid); 4) vaccinated and then infected and recovered, V-R; 5) vaccinated, now ill, |V-Ill; 6) non-vaccinated, now ill, nV-Ill. All fourteen (14) persons who had contact with COVID-19 was immunized. Three (3) female persons aged less than 30 years had anti-IgG RBD S-protein SARS-CoV-2 in diapason from 19.2 till 230.1 BAU/mL which was infected and got ill with might-to-moderate symptoms of COVID-19 (f,34 nV-Recover; f,33 nV-Ill; f,22 V-Ill). Direct moderate and moderate inverse correlation was noted between many factors which can determine an adaptive human immunity.
