This paper is an attempt to see the investibility and role of diversification of cryptocurrencies with other financial assets. The study is utilizing the extensive data on Bitcoins and GSPC-Index, MSCI-Global Index, MSCI-Currency Index, COMEX closing Gold Price, and OPEC Crude oil Prices. The investigation aims to assess the direction and swap capability of the cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) towards the other global financial assets. The hypothesis of the study is whether the volatility created by bitcoin is transmitted towards the other financial assets using multivariate BEKK-GARCH methodology. The results indicated that any shock that appeared in bitcoin is significantly decreasing the volatility of all selected assets except MSCI-Global Index returns. The study found that the use of cryptocurrencies into the portfolio would offer diversification benefits to investors. The results are more beneficial for the risk-averse investor, who wants to hedge their portfolio through the inclusion of the negatively correlated security.","PeriodicalId":286621,"journal":{"name":"NICE Research Journal","volume":"182 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117139121","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Determinants are studied as indices, and these indices are calculated by using the Arithmetic Mean approach. There is a two-steps model; in the first part, determinants are discussed, and in the second part, capital flight is used as an independent variable, and its impact on economic performance is measured in 59 Developing Economies. GMM (Generalized Method of Moments) is used for the determinants of capital flight, and panel GLS (Generalized least square) is used to check the impact of capital flight on economic performance. Macroeconomic variables (external debt, inflation, exports, interest rate, and exchange rate) are also part of the study with four indices as determinants (Country Risk Index, Economic Freedom Index, financial inclusion index, and Governance institution and corruption index). Results suggest that all included indices were significant along with all macroeconomic variables. Country risk, external debt, and exports have a negative coefficient, while others have a positive coefficient value. Capital investment, foreign direct investment, and Gross domestic product were used as proxies of economic performance. Results of GLS have shown there is a significant and negative impact of capital flight on economic performance. Capital flight is measured by using the residual methodology.","PeriodicalId":286621,"journal":{"name":"NICE Research Journal","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123862243","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, with services, the company is the primary brand. Branding is not for visible goods but also a significant factor of performance for services. The ability to educate consumers of their expertise and credence values before the order has contributed to the general awareness of the value of products in the service industry in relation to consumer preference. If the brand is an essential consideration in any campaign initiative, it is crucial to consider the meaning of its equity. Brand value is the confidence gained in a brand regardless of customer experience. Because of the strategic advantages of established and established products, brand value is significant. Brand equity can make a significant contribution to the visualization of intangible goods for service companies. Given that there is no research available, this study seeks to suggest descriptive brand equity dimensions in Pakistan's service markets. The history is regarded as Brand Loyalty, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Brand Perceived Quality, Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Credibility as antecedents of brand equity in services markets. This research is focused on the literature review and specifics are discussed. A systemic literature review approach for extracting the existing literature of desire has been used.","PeriodicalId":286621,"journal":{"name":"NICE Research Journal","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130358070","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study considers the role of the intermediaries beyond the traditional savings and pooling of funds. It takes into account multiple intermediary services offered by financial institutions. These are inclusive of transaction cost reduction services, assurance of liquidity services, information sharing function, and facilitation for delegated monitoring. Firms benefit from these services. This study testifies the impact of financially intermediated functions on firm growth. The sample of the study includes 130 listed companies in the PSX. The analysis employs the Panel Data Analysis (PDA) technique. The results of Transaction Cost Reduction Services, Liquidity Assurance Services, and Information Sharing Services are found to have a statistically significant impact while the proxy for Delegated Monitoring Services offered by intermediaries is found to have an insignificant impact on firm growth. The significance of the integrated intermediation services reflects that firms utilizing the offered intermediary services are benefitted and firm growth is observed as a Fixed Effect.","PeriodicalId":286621,"journal":{"name":"NICE Research Journal","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117209264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
