With the complete transition of the polymer phase to the nearsurface layer with an increase in the volume content of the dispersant, the structure of the polymer throughout the volume is formed under the influence of the particle surface. Therefore, depending on the activity or surface state of the dispersant particles, the heterogeneity of the physical and chemical structures of the polymer phase will differ, and this, in our opinion, will determine the thermophysical properties of the composite polymer-nitrides, carbides-metals [1].","PeriodicalId":286316,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Electronics and Communications","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114507136","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Not only for employees, but also for the employer itself, workplace injuries or work accidents are considered a concern. These injuries, in addition to jeopardizing the lives and well-being of employees, cause a rise in absences in the workplace and a decline in labour productivity, resulting in an increased burden for companies [1]. The International Labor Organization (ILO) has calculated that the economic costs of these workplace accidents and diseases are on average 1%-3% in developed countries and 4% of GDP in developing countries [2]. According to the ILO, about 2.3 million deaths and 300 million injuries occur in workplaces worldwide each year, and even then, these figures do not accurately reflect the severity of the problem [3]. In the developing countries, the adequate trainings are having not been provided to the labour and staff, or health care facilities are not advanced and lack of other facilities. Safety standards may vary from country to country and sector to sector. In less developed countries, for example, industry divisions like construction & agriculture account for a higher percentage of overall occupational injuries/diseases since a significant proportion of the workforce is working in this field and high-risk work are part of those jobs [4].","PeriodicalId":286316,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Electronics and Communications","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125168147","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So Internet of Things technologies allow forming ‘intellectual’ nets of physical objects, interacting between each other through RF radiation, thanks to which the creation of diverse automated systems like smart home is possible [1-6]. By means of Wireless Sensor Networks [1, 2, 4, 6-9] one can in real-time mode monitor the state of various complex systems and objects, e.g. durability degree of a building or a bridge. In Radio-frequency Identification technology [4, 6-16] miniature devices called tags or transponders are deployed. The tags are attached to different objects in production facilities, shopping centers and warehouses for implementation the automated identification and also used in access control systems. Thus in all of the above applications wireless micro devices are used. These micro devices exchanges data with the base station interacting with computer system resulting in automated identification, surveillance and management are carried out.","PeriodicalId":286316,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Electronics and Communications","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132560074","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One way to decrease dimensions of elements of integrated circuits is manufacturing them in thin film heterostructures [3-5,11]. In this case it is possible to use inhomogeneity of heterostructure and necessary optimization of doping of electronic materials [12] and development of epitaxial technology to improve these materials (including analysis of mismatch induced stress) [13-15]. They are widely using laser and microwave types of annealing of infused dopants. These types of annealing are also widely using for annealing of radiation defects, generated during ion implantation [9-17]. Using the approaches gives a possibility to increase integration rate of elements of integrated circuits through in homogeneity of technological parameters due to generating inhomogenous distribution of temperature. In this situation one can obtain decreasing dimensions of elements of integrated circuits [18] with account Arrhenius law [1,3].
