The following research used qualitive analysis method with primary data collection in the form of semi – structured interviewing of HR manager’s Islamic banks in Indonesia. The result and discussion of present study indicated that indeed, Islamic banks in Indonesia need to strengthen their competitive advantages by delivering an effective training to improve employee’s competency. As mentioned, the finding of study indicated that Islamic banks have to invest more on human capital development as source of business value creation for increasing workforce productivity. There are so many aswaja NU's teachings that have become routine and have even become a culture attached to the people of Sumber Makmur Village. Aswaja NU's sect is also a stronghold for the entry of sects that bring radical ideas out of Islamic values. One of the methods used by aswaja NU in actualizing the values ​​of Islamic practice is to provide an understanding to the public about the importance of studying the laws used in worship, both related to God and the environment. Many intellectuals in the field of economics, philosophers, and religious experts have discussed this case globally. This study aims to describe the concept of Usury and how Islamic Economics view usury’s praxis, which will be described in this paper according to Quran and Hadith statements. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by conducting library research using books, journals, articles, the Holy Qur’an, and Sunnah as a source of references. The result found that Usury is prohibited in Islam because of the economic effect caused by usury praxis. There are many sources in the Quran and Hadith that can be used as references concerning the prohibition of Usury. The research employed descriptive quantitative approach by analyzing data from interviews and observations toward 10 cafés and restaurants in Metro City. The results of this study reveal that digital marketing used by cafés and restaurants in Metro City was throughout digital platforms such as Gojek and Grab, then advertising was done through social media Instagram. This shows that the use of digital platforms and social media has proven to be effective in increasing sales and maintaining the existence of a business during this COVID-19 pandemic. To overcome this problem, efforts from various parties are needed. For this reason, the teacher must ensure the right method and approach. Because the right method will guarantee the achievement of a greater and more comprehensive level of success. This research aims to improve the ability to read the Qur'an, introduce harakat, and the preparation of hijaiyah letters based on makharijul letters. The results of this research were obtained from observations, assessments that were tried twice, and interviews with children. Based on the analysis of information on children's activities above, it can be concluded that the dominant activity carried out is learning with the Baghdadi method, which is 30%, on the contrary, based on interviews, the Baghdadi method is very appropriate and interesting to use. So it can be concluded that this method is very interesting and supports the learning process of children. The researchers used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation study. The data data collection tools in the form of observation, questioner, interview, and documentation. The research findings showed that the interest in learning English among Papuan students still low, it can be seen from the score of students learning in the class, this was due to the ethnicity inherent in the people of the Papua. This condition challenges parents, because they must guide their children to study from home and derive their responsibility as Civil Servants that must be completed and cannot be abandoned. \u0000This research was a case study that examined the role of parents who work as Civil Servants in guiding their children to study from home during the Covid-19. The data collection techniques used were semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation to 8 parents and their children. \u0000The study found that there were three roles of civil servant parents in guiding their children to study from home. In Metro, there are many people with physical disabilities who do not or have not gotten a job so they do anything to survive. This study was conducted to determine employment opportunities for people with physical disabilities based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2016 article 53. Data in this study were obtained through observation and interview process to the heads of agencies and people with physical disabilities in Metro. As a result, initiatives to develop intelligence must be addressed, one of which is metacognitive education. Metacognition is seen to have a tight relationship with intrapersonal intelligence. Its concepts and theories have a number of similarities. This research was a qualitative study using a library research method which was used to acquire research data by reading, listening to, and interpreting both written and recorded books, notes, reports, and journals.
