Existing osteoporosis risk assessment models have problems of low accuracy, and cannot utilize large amounts of unlabeled data. In order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis, the method comprehensively considers the osteoporosis-related questionnaire data and bone image data, and fuses the multi-modal features extracted from them. Feature engineering and Word2vec are used to extract numerical and text features from questionnaires, respectively. CNN is used to extract image features from BMD images. Considering the difficulty of obtaining labeled medical data, we build a self-training semi-supervised model based on XGBoost to classify and evaluate osteoporosis, which uses both labeled and unlabeled data for obtaining better generalization capabilities. Besides, in view of the fact that the questionnaire data has plenty of outliers and missing data, we remove outliers based on a DBSCAN algorithm and propose an improved PKNN algorithm to impute the missing data. Accuracy evaluation and comparative analysis of each classification method.The results show that the overall accuracy of supervised classification in the land cover classification in the study area is 93.90%, the overall accuracy of unsupervised classification is 85.72%, and the overall accuracy of decision tree classification is 75.59%.The supervised classification accuracy is higher than that unsupervised classification and decision tree classification.The categories extracted by supervised classification are continuous and the boundaries are clear, and supervised classification effect is basically consistent with the actual situation. Path Ranking Algorithm (PRA) is a soft inference procedure based on path-constrained random walk, which has proven to be an effective method for knowledge graph completion. However, the high computational complexity of PRA limits its application, especially in large-scale knowledge graphs. In order to alleviate this problem, we propose a Dual-Sampling Path Ranking Algorithm (DSPRA). DSPRA adopts a two-layer sampling strategy and performs particle sampling at the relation layer and the node layer respectively. The association rule mining algorithm based on randomized response (RR) protects private information to a certain extent. However, because all the disturbed data in the data interference strategy based on randomized response are directly related to the real original data, the effect of privacy protection is not obvious. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a more effective privacy protection method in association rule mining. Based on the existing association rule mining model, a suitable perturbation strategy is designed to reduce the interference between the perturbed data and the original data.
