Dapat dilihat dari bisnis di Indonesia pada saat ini menunjukan perkembangan dan kemajuan. Jumlah UMKM pada saat ini setara dengan 99,99% sedangkan usaha besar hanya mencapai 0,01% dari total unit usaha di Indonesia. Hal ini kemudian berdampak pada timbulnya persaingan yang tidak sehat antar usaha dan banyaknya pengusaha muslim yang tidak menerakan etika bisnis islam dalam menjalankan usaha. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan etika bisnis islam pada PT. Tanjung Abadi dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaannya PT. Tanjung Abadi telah menjalankan bisnisnya sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam yang mencakup lima prinsip etika bisnis islam. Pelanggan merasa puas dan memberikan kepercayaannya kepada perusahaan sebagai pilihan pertama dalam pembelian barang sejenis. Maka dengan adanya hal ini, penerapan etika bisnis islam juga turut membangun loyalitas pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini akan menunjukkan bukti empiris efek kinerja keuangan ROA terhadap CSR. Sampel penelitian adalah 30 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013-2015. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROA memiliki efek signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan nilai positif sehingga dapat ditentukan bahwa semakin tinggi kekuatan pendapatan semakin efisien perputaran aset dan atau semakin tinggi margin keuntungan yang diperoleh perusahaan. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan nilai perusahaan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa ROA memiliki efek positif yang signifikan pada pengembalian saham selama periode berikutnya. The research was carried out for a period of 17 years from 2005 to 2021 by searching through the Garuda website (Garba Reference Digital) for the key to Musyarakah. And obtained 310 research articles. The search results were then analyzed descriptively and inputted to find out the visualization of the mapping of the development of topics and research subjects around the Musyarakah contract. The results of the study indicate that the number of publications regarding Musyarakah contracts has increased significantly every year, and based on the results of mapping visualization using VOSviewer, research on Musyarakah contracts is divided into 5 clusters. Meanwhile, based on the results of the literature review, there are 8 main themes and 124 research topics regarding Musyarakah contracts at Islamic Financial Institutions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peta perkembangan penelitian seputar akad Musyarakah pada Lembaga Keuangan Syariah dengan studi bibliometrik VOSviewer dan kajian literature review. Penelitian dilakukan selama kurun waktu 17 tahun dari tahun 2005 hingga 2021 dengan cara melakukan penelusuran melalui website Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) berkata kunci Musyarakah. Dan didapatkan 310 artikel penelitian. Artikel hasil penelusuran tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif, diinput dan dianalisis untuk mengetahui visualisasi pemetaan perkembangan topik dan subjek penelitian seputar akad Musyarakah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi seputar akad Musyarakah mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan setiap tahunnya, dan berdasarkan hasil visualisasi pemetaan menggunakan VOSviewer, penelitian seputar akad Musyarakah terbagi menjadi 5 kluster. This application has received a fatwa from the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) to be a strong source of law for application in Indonesian society. The emergence of LinkAja electronic money is one of the policies of all stakeholders because the potential of sharia-based electronic money is quite large, apart from Indonesia having the world's largest Muslim population. The method that the author made is a qualitative method besides reading several journals and reading material about Islamic electronic money. The prospect of newly launched electronic money certainly has several challenges and opportunities that can be used as lessons for relevant stakeholders. Apart from the competition with the same applications as conventional-based electronic money, Indonesians are still used to conventional-based electronic money there is when compared to sharia-based systems. Complete support from the government is needed to make this electronic money develop well, apart from being protected by applicable laws and regulations. It took a lot of time to find meaning from the concept of Islamic economics through the Islamic law/maqasid sharia approach. The search for meaning is of course through inquiries by involving many researchers both from insiders and outsiders. The concept of maqasid shari'ah is strongly influenced by interpretation, perspective, educational background and depth of religious knowledge.In the study of the philosophy of the Islamic sciences, one of the efforts to break the stagnation of Islamic economic concepts and thinking is through the deconstruction of critical thinking with a critical paradigm. It is needed to avoid logocentrism (centered on its own logos/way of thinking). Each mahzab of Islamic economics should be aware that religious understanding from nash is essentially only one possible meaning of the many other possible meanings hidden behind the nash. This is to avoid the reality of the sacralization of each other's understanding so that it triggers conflict with the understanding of others. This study is aimed to analyze the company competitive advantage with the resource-based approach, through the identification towards resources and capabilities that manifest the competitive advantage and sustainable competitive advantage for the company as well. The method for data collection was conducted through the data acquired from policy maker institutions in upstream oil and gas industry and the data from related research journals, as well as distributing questionnaires and interviews to 6 subject matter experts who are the associated officials of PT Halliburton Indonesia.The research results show that there are 29 resources and 10 capabilities that influence the success of the company in the upstream oil and gas industry (strategic industry factors). Discussing in further, through the resources and capabilities appraising analysis, there are 16 resources and 8 capabilities identified as the key strengths of PT Halliburton Indonesia and become the competitive advantage for the company. Then through the VRIO test, 5 resources that become the sustainable competitive advantage for PT Halliburton Indonesia are identified. These resources are coiled tubing units, well-cementing units, packers and bridge plugs, subsurface safety valve equipment, and good corporate reputation towards clients.This research provides an overview regarding the available resources that become the sustainable competitive advantage for PT Halliburton Indonesia. Therefore, its development, maintenance, and deployment become a priority for the company. The company needs to acts to exploit those potential tangible resources in an optimal manner through a series of continuous activities of research and technology development (R&D), in similar to the intangible resource, such as a good reputation towards the client. TPB is an integrated model that consists of four predictors of behavior, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control (PBC), and intentions to behave. Sampling using Purposive Sampling, that is 200 respondents. To measure the variables using the Continuous rate scale. While the data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using Smart PLS 2.0 (Partial Least Square) software. The results of the study said that the maslahah perception construct had a significant effect on the attitude construct even though it was weak at 5.5%. Which means there are still about 94.5% of the attitude variables are influenced by other factors. Then the attitude construct has a significant effect on the compulsive buying behavior construct of 47.6%, which means that there are still around 52.4% of the variable Compulsive Buying Behavior which can be explained from other factors. While the construct of subjective norms and behavioral control has no effect on compulsive buying behavior. This study aimed to determine the effect of mudharabah financing on the profitability (ROA) at sharia commercial banks (BUS) in Indonesia. The populations in this study were all registered Sharia Commercial Banks in the central bank of Indonesia (BI) with a total of 14 banks. However, from this population, 9 banks were failed to complete the data. This study used a simple linear regression analysis method, the classical assumption test method, and statistical test. The conclusion drawn from the partial testing showed a significant effect with t observe of 2.053. This report is usually related to social activities, which means it is related to the CSR of the Islamic bank. The study was conducted on all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia starting from 2016 to 2020. Using eviews 7 to analyze the data. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan di lokasi yang memiliki tingkat pendidikan tinggi di Jawa Tengah dengan tingkat ekonomi yang tinggi pula yaitu Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kota Surakarta sebagai objek dari penelitian ini.Hasil dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa masyarakat Surakarta yang didominasi oleh generasi muda telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang pinjaman online.
