The most overwhelming case has been in the sustainability of feminise crime, when the rest of the crimes have declined in intensity as a result of general confinement. Clearly, the continuation of violence against women has been directed to the home, where the female exploitation of domestic work has also spread and intensified. This writing advances in some keys of manifest sexism by the confinement of the pandemic, to understand the meaning that reproductive work is showing in different social territories where it takes place. Following Silvia Federici (2013), 2018), the crisis of reproductive work, based on studies on social impact (Ministry C&T Argentina, 2020) and economic (Ministry of Economy Argentina, 2020) of pandemic confinement, is investigated to address the alternative used. The objective of this work was to make an approach to the state of Fundamental and Social Rights, from Dahl's perspective on the levels of democracy identifiable in the Latin American regimes 2017-2019. In essence, the design and application that is socialized is based on a documentary review and analysis methodology. In this context, the Latin American continent goes through a stage of asymmetric development of democratic processes, observing polarizations, from states with high levels of democracy such as Uruguay, Costa Rica and Chile, to authoritarian states such as Nicaragua, Venezuela and Cuba. The study found that the ideational structures of the dominant regimes configure teleologies typical of the Presidency and its environment, which affect the dimensions and indicators of democracy, and, in the exercise of Fundamental and Social rights. It concludes that the modality of regimes configures levels of democratization that are expressed in the protection or violation of Fundamental and Social Rights. In the case of authoritarianism, the replication of institutional strategies of minimization in the exercise of political rights is observed, based on ideational structures that permeate democratic values and distort the dimensions and indicators of democracy.","PeriodicalId":284016,"journal":{"name":"Telos: Revista de Estudios Interdisciplinarios en Ciencias Sociales","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131930571","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

La hipotesis es que, a medida que el COVID - 19 avanza o permanece los trabajadores de la salud han solicitado el apoyo de la familia extensa, y sin importar la edad o los factores de riesgo, se otorga el apoyo, lo que impacta en incremento del trabajo, situacion que ha modificado su vida cotidiana. With this intention, the reflections of this work are proposed. Its objective is to recognize the new meanings that define contemporary reality in the context of the global pandemic of COVID-19, with an analytical emphasis on Latin America, its inequalities and the effects on health and education. Based on Alvarez, (2020), Bonilla-Molina (2018), Casanova (2020), Foucault (2002), Salazar (2020), UNESCO (2020), a documentary-hermeneutical methodological approach was developed. The objective of this work was to identify the variables that influence the academic performance of graduate students, through the application of learning analytics techniques (Chatti, et al., 2012). The algorithms selection of attributes and decision trees (Witten, Frank, Hall, Pal, 2016) were applied to a sample of data collected from 136 graduate students in a simple random way. It was identified that in general they prefer to study in the afternoon and that they invest 43.83% of their time in the review of the course content while they are active in the platform; 10.92% of the time they participate in forums and 31.10% of the time they carry out activities. Through the algorithm of attribute selection, the four most important variables that influence performance are defined, namely: total time invested in the course of course consultation, elaboration of tasks, participation in forums and teamwork. Also, applying decision trees, 6 patterns are established that determine some final note, whose most important variable is the total time spent on the platform. Finally, it is determined that the variables: time invested in the platform in the consultation of content, teamwork, tasks and forum activity, positively influence the satisfactory performance of the graduate student and those variables related to the consultations, time and day of study do not intervene in such performance, these findings give the guideline to focus efforts on building meaningful content and tasks focused on achieving the desired learning supported by team activities.\u0000 \u0000Keywords: learning analytics; academic performance; usage patterns; postgraduate students.","PeriodicalId":284016,"journal":{"name":"Telos: Revista de Estudios Interdisciplinarios en Ciencias Sociales","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116497386","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among the most important organizational changes is teleworking or working at home, boasted for its benefits both in the autonomy of the worker, flexible hours and a better balance between work and family life. The objective of this article is to analyze teleworking and its main characteristics within the framework of a surveillance capitalism that implements digital control mechanisms, exacerbating the surveillance and monitoring of workers' activities. Shoshana Zuboff (2019a, 2019b), Byung Chul Han (2014; 2013) and Michael Foucault (2002) are reviewed as theoretical supports to understand the version of Digital Capitalism that transformed the various spaces of relationship fundamentally the capital/work relationship that increased the individualization of labor, as well as the incorporation of new methods of control and surveillance. The methodology used is qualitative based on documentary review and reflective analysis in which the immersion of the researcher is sensitive in the interpretation of the social world. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that companies and digital employees have modified the way in which workers and companies relate to each other, transforming the labor world; and that in a scenario of virus and civilization crisis, the ordering of teleworkers is sharpened with monitoring software as increasingly effective and subtle control methods. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Teleworking; surveillance capitalism; monitoring; surveillance software.","PeriodicalId":284016,"journal":{"name":"Telos: Revista de Estudios Interdisciplinarios en Ciencias Sociales","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121925620","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
