In contrast to other approaches to career development, the conventional approach to career development is mainly focused with techniques that are meant to utilize skill development and supply to drive economic growth rather than anything else. However, although the promotion of economic growth is an important goal for career development in South Africa, it is not the only goal for the country's development agenda, which includes a number of other goals. This study focuses on the planning of green open space in the Mamuju Urban Area in order to minimize the effects of greenhouse gases so that the quality of space in the area is maintained. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research that explores the condition of green open space in the Mamuju Urban Area and takes into account the existing emission potential. The data analysis used is AHP (scoring and weighting) to determine the value and influence of each thematic, image digitization and field observations to determine the existing green open space in the Mamuju Urban Area, and overlay using the ArcGIS 10.8 application to combine maps that be a research indicator. The results obtained from this study are that the Mamuju Urban Area continues to grow from time to time, the distribution of existing green open space continues to decrease along with land use changes that continue to occur, and from the analysis of potential emissions, the largest green open space planning directive is private green open space planning with an area of 354, 14 Ha.","PeriodicalId":283711,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Papier Public Review","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133061601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Vacancies, promotions, transfers, retirements, terminations, permanent disability, death, and labor turnover may need recruiting. A successful HR strategy requires the completion of many stages. Human Resource Planning (HRP) is a set of actions that a company does to anticipate future business and environmental needs. Human resource planning is required to fulfill the organization's requirements for specific jobs to be filled. The procedure includes identifying which jobs must be filled, the number of workers required, and when they will be required. In HR planning activities, job analysis has a tight connection with job analysis (Human Resources) Efforts to move and reorganize work activities in different groups are included in job design restructuring. Hence, this quantitative non-experimental study aimed to determine if emotional stability is a predictor of stress management among Senior High School students of the University of San Carlos in Cebu City, Philippines in the school year 2020-2021, who engage in a flexible online modality of learning. Adapted Likert-type survey tools were utilized to gather data online from 80 Grade 12 students who were selected through stratified non-proportionate random sampling. Results using linear regression analysis revealed a significant R and R2 value of .28 and .08(adjusted R2 was .07) respectively, which means highly significant F (1, 78) = 6.79, MSresidual = .31, p < .05 using a 95% level of confidence with a .39 standard error of the estimate from the population standard deviation of the residuals. This means that the independent variable emotional stability (ES) significantly and statistically affects the dependent variable stress management (SM). The modeled equation SM = 1.71 + .50 (ES) predicts that the higher the level of emotional stability, the higher the level of stress management. This implies that emotionally stable students are better at managing their stress. These results encouraged collaboration among the academic and administrative support services in every institution and stronger social support at home. This time, parental involvement plays a vital role in the holistic development and formation of every student.","PeriodicalId":283711,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Papier Public Review","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115346170","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As instructional apps such as google classes, zoom meetings, and others are used, they have a huge effect on students' abilities and skills growth, such as slowing the rate of progress in students' comprehension of information. This is motivated by the fact that teachers and students engage infrequently throughout the teaching and learning period. Numerous student topics need face-to-face time in classes such as athletic activity, lab, and art practice. Certain aspects of these activities are hindered by the absence of direct practice in schools as a result of pandemic conditions that force teachers and students to remain at home and ensure a safe distance. Apart from that, utilizing learning apps enables students to begin accepting topics from their inner instructor, requiring both students and instructors to be more innovative with their teaching and learning processes.","PeriodicalId":283711,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Papier Public Review","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125347823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The absence of special arrangements causes overlapping responsibilities which will result in not being integrated into programs that support the educational needs of persons with disabilities. This problem requires the seriousness of local governments to provide protection and fulfillment of education rights for persons with disabilities. This study aims to determine the legal policy for the Protection and Fulfillment of the Right to Education and to formulate an affirmative action model for the protection and fulfillment of the education rights of persons with disabilities in the future. This study uses empirical legal research, namely research that initially examines secondary data, then continues with research on primary data through interview data collection. The results of the research show that local governments still seem to have not fully provided protection and fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities to adequate education so that they face various kinds of discrimination, even though there are regulations at the level of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and laws that have guaranteed it. Second, regulations at the level of Regional Regulations in Gorontalo Province have not reached the lateness of fulfilling the right to education both inclusively and specifically in a systematic and comprehensive manner. It is necessary to have a legal reform in the form of affirmative policies in the field of education for persons with disabilities.","PeriodicalId":283711,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Papier Public Review","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124653644","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The determinant of the success of a company is human or labor. Even labor provides the largest contribution to the success of a company compared to other factors such as capital, raw materials or machinery. However, not all workers can become productive workers. This workforce must be selected, placed, trained and assessed for their achievements and given appreciation for every achievement that they have contributed to the company. If the conditions of a company allow it to provide benefits or insurance to each of its workers, this will increase the workforce productivity. During its development, the company will face increasingly complex manpower problems, thus human resource management must be carried out professionally by a separate department within a company, namely the Human Resource Department.
