The results showed that the use of the Quantum Reading on students' reading comprehension skills was positive, students' reading comprehension skills using the Quantum Reading method showed better learning outcomes than before using the Quantum Reading. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the t test formula, it is known that thecalculated obtained is 7.3 with a frequency of dk = 26-1 = 25, at a significance level of 5% obtained ttable = 2.05. So, tcount > ttable or the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. A meta-analysis strategy was employed in this study. In order to make the author's data collection process easier, this research starts by looking for pertinent themes. Searches in online publications using the terms Learning Media on Learning Outcomes of Elementary School Students produced the results. Ten articles from the years 2020–2022, which are still very relevant, are the only ones that can be found after a limited search. In order to support this paper, the data that has been collected is next examined. According to the analysis's findings, media use in the classroom has been shown to enhance student learning outcomes. Additionally, students' interactions with the media during the learning process vary. The results of this literature review, namely: (i) the integration of learning activities in the initial activities carried out by paying attention to the learning environment, learning resources, and the readiness of educators and students from both psychological and cognitive aspects; (ii) the integration of learning activities into the core activities is carried out by conveying learning objectives, presenting natural phenomena, carrying out technical learning according to the design or lesson plans, and concluding lessons; and (iii) the integration of learning activities in closing activities is carried out by maintaining the learning environment, assessing the learning process, and submitting the next learning plan. The sample in this study were students of class G and B semester I of the PGSD Department in the 2022/2023 school year. This type of research is quasy experimental research. The data method used in this research is the observation method and the questionnaire method. Observation methods and questionnaires were used to collect data on students' social attitudes and spiritual attitudes. The data analysis used in this study was Manova. This research has quasi-experimental. The total population in this study was 161 students and research sample is 60 students with 30 experimental class students and 30 control class students. Based on the hypothesis that has been tested that, data analysis using independent t-test for N-Gain Score shows that df 30 + 30 - 2 = 58 with the value of tcount = 3,341 at a significant of 5%, the ttable value is obtained, namely 2,002. From the calculations results is known that tcount > ttable is 3,341 > 2,002 and Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). This type of research is a meta-analytic research with a quantitative approach. Data collection by browsing e-journals using Google Scholar. Based on the search results, from 2,680 articles, 20 articles were selected that met the criteria for further analysis. Data analysis begins by calculating the N-Gain Score and the percentage of the N-Gain Score (%). After that, the hypothesis was tested using the Paired Samples T Test with the help of SPSS 26. The results showed that there were significant differences in the learning outcomes of Civics students before using the Model Value Clarification Technique (VCT) and after using the Model Value Clarification Technique (VCT). This study consists of two cycles, which is each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, action, observation/evaluation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 34 students of grade III Elementary School Number 1 Penatih. The object of this study is the result of the learning in topic 2. The method in collecting the data in this study is the test method of learning outcomes. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the average percentage of learning outcomes in topic 2 reaches 50% and classical completeness reaches 40%. After applying the Experiential learning method assisted by audio visual media in cycle I, the average percentage of learning outcomes reached 60%, and classical completeness reached 65%.
