Three micro electro-mechanical system (MEMS) accelerometers are used as strapdown inertial measurement units (IMUs), and the unscented Kalman filter is used to directly estimate attitude of projectile by gravity components of measurement values of three accelerometers. The attitude estimation by three accelerometers is fused with the estimation by using three MEMS gyroscopes based on weighted least square. Through this way, the multi-homed node can attach to multiple access networks through one or more radio interfaces. However, this brings forth also a problem of how to select a proper interface and access network for an ongoing application on a user’s device. This paper proposes a utility-based mechanism for selecting a suitable interface and access network. In this mechanism, utility functions are used to represent an application’s requirement on network resources and to calculate the network resource status. Other factors, such as the device parameters, user’s moving velocity and user’s preference are also considered for finally selecting the access network using the multiple criteria decision making method AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Side information is a major component of the DVC. It impacts the performance of decoding. In the paper, we propose an improved motion estimation scheme for the side information. The scheme integrates forward motion estimation and bidirectional motion estimation with Kalman filter in order to reduce the complexity in computing the motion vector. Utilizing the character that PCA algorithm can keep the discernability of original dataset after reduction, the reduces of the original dataset are calculated and used to train individual SVR classifier for ensemble, which increase the diversity between individual classifiers, and consequently, increase the detection accuracy. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, simulation experiments are performed based on the KDD 99 dataset. While the transmission lasts 2N (N≫1) symbol periods, the diversity gain is almost 2N. What’s more, the optimization of parameters is performed according to minimizing the upper bound of pairwise error probability (PEP) when N=2 and BPSK is employed.
