Migration in its essence is a multidimensional phenome- non, including demographic, ethno-religious, political, economic and other compo- nents. Ethno-religious migration processes are primarily ethnosocial and confessional factors leading to transformation in the territorial and social situation of individual representatives and groups of certain ethnic groups and confessions, which occur un- der the influence of socio-political and other factors. The experience of interethnic relations over the years clearly shows that misunderstandings and conflicts arise more often and manifest themselves more acutely in the multicultural world and polyethnic communities.The article examines the causes and consequences of the migration of Muslims to Europe, the prospects of increasing the number of Muslim population in the countries of the European Union. At the same time, the article pays special atten- tion to the reasons for the weak integration of Muslims, as well as the role of traditional values and religion in the consolidation of migrants and opposition to liberal European values. At the same time, the article reveals the reasons for the radicalization of Mus- lims in Europe and outlines the prospects for the development of integration processes in European Muslim communities. The author makes an attempt to show the role of religion in the process of preserving their identity by Muslims and in consolidation to solve social, economic and other problems.","PeriodicalId":277801,"journal":{"name":"Research Result Sociology and Management","volume":"77 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132419172","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the end of the XX – the beginning of the XXI centuries, the religious phenomenon in modern society has undergone significant changes. It is not similar to what previously existed within traditional religions, even in the area of traditional re- ligions themselves. The traditional criteria for singling out religious beliefs and behav- iors as a basis for appropriate definitions of content for research today are obviously not enough. On the example of the history of the French media of the 19th-21st centu- ries, we have identified multiple strategies for the development of religious media, depending on political and social processes. At the same time, the actual declaration of the editorial board as “religious” may be an insufficient indicator, even if there are clerics and monastics in the editorial staff and among the journalists. Likewise, vice versa, media that declare themselves secular can consistently provide consistent reli- gious content that is consistent with the creed of a particular church. The development of media within the digital environment and the discovery of UGC – user-generated content, not discussed in this article, further complicate the situation. In the media and media today, it is quite difficult to determine the degree of “religiousness” of content, since commonly used indicators, such as classifying the media itself as religious by founder, mentioning religious news or facts, etc. may be unreliable due to the diverse form of the relationship between religion and society. To analyze religious content in the current situation, it is necessary to identify new principles for classifying content as religious, which are becoming more and more diverse.","PeriodicalId":277801,"journal":{"name":"Research Result Sociology and Management","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115442703","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the study was to analyze the available opportunities and resources of socially oriented organiza- tions (SONCOs) in these projects. The scientific component attaches particular im- portance to social projects, in particular, the analysis of applications submitted for the competition to the Presidential Grants Fund shows the interest of public organizations in the scientific and methodological substantiation of social projects when preparing applications. The novelty lies in the fact that in the context of resource support for the activities of socially oriented non-profit organizations, studies of this kind were not carried out, religious aspects of the activities of public organizations of the ethno-cul- tural sector were not the subject of studying the development of multilateral relations of intersectoral interaction. The in-depth interview method was used as the main method. The target group consisted of leaders, specialists and activists of ethno-cul- tural SO NCOs with at least three years of experience in the organization. As an addi- tional method, secondary data from sociological surveys were analyzed. The purpose of the analysis presented in the article is to assess the opinions of the leaders of the ethnocultural community regarding the significance of the ethnocultural processes tak- ing place in the region and the influence of the religious component in the implemen- tation of social projects. The main results of the study showed that the resource base of ethno-cultural organizations is the basis on which all their activities rest, and the religious component is a significant part of social projects.","PeriodicalId":277801,"journal":{"name":"Research Result Sociology and Management","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116793279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problematic situation is connected with the fact that social networks have become an almost uncontrolled Internet resource with unlimited possibilities for the dissemination of information and a variety of forms of interaction, including verbal aggression, in- tolerance towards the interlocutor, ignoring ethical norms of communication, etc. The purpose of the scientific article is to identify the predominant type of social interaction of the Armenian diaspora in Russian-speaking social networks with relatively new ethnic diasporas (Tajik and Kyrgyz) and the host community. The analysis is based on the results of a sociological study \"Social interaction of Diasporas in social networks\" conducted by three methods of collecting empirical information (online questionnaire survey of representatives of the Armenian, Tajik and Kyrgyz diasporas in Russia; in- depth interview with representatives of diasporas; qualitative analysis of information posts of representatives of diasporas in the social network Vkontakte). The study re- vealed that the predominant type of social interaction of representatives of the Arme- nian Diaspora with the diasporas of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as with the host community, is conflict. The main causes of the conflict type of interaction of repre- sentatives of the Armenian Diaspora with representatives of Tajikistan and Kyrgyz- stan, as well as with the host community, were revealed. The context of this paper examines the worldview specificity of Orthodoxy, the attitude of believers to political power, to citizens of other statuses/beliefs, ideas about the social order, etc., formed on its basis. The article is based on the results of sociological research carried out with the participation of the authors. It is based on the analysis of empirical data and devoted to the comparative analysis of dominant sociopolitical and political-ideological orientations of religious and non-religious population of modern Russian society. The results of the study showed that the level of loyalty, consolidation, and trust in the authorities and public institutions of Russian society is higher among the religious population, who retain a commitment to traditional values, historical memory, and social justice. Accordingly, the potential for socio-political consolidation of this group is higher. At the same time, in spite of believers' high appraisal of spirituality as a basic value for Russia's future revival, few respondents in this world-view group consider Orthodoxy and individual religiosity to be a consolidating force in Russian society. We can assume a gradual consolidation in the public consciousness of ideas about the future of Russia as a sec- ular state.","PeriodicalId":277801,"journal":{"name":"Research Result Sociology and Management","volume":"19 14","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113979710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article presents the results of the sociological research “How Belgorod Region Lives”, carried out by the Department of Ethno-demographic, Religious and Integration Pro- cesses of the RAS FNIC. The object of the research is students studying at four insti- tutions of higher education in Belgorod. The article is focused on the possible impact of the worldview foundations of non-traditional religiosity on some socio-cultural at- titudes of the students of the Belgorod region. To determine the level of non-traditional religiosity, we used a methodology based on methodological and methodical principles that allowed us to identify groups of respondents with non-traditional religiosity. The “practicing” and “non-practicing” typological groups were selected based on the re- sulting indicators of religious consciousness and religious behavior. The resulting in- dicator of religious consciousness consists of the following indicators: non-traditional religious beliefs, interest in non-traditional religions and teachings, and motivation for interest in non-traditional and mystical teachings. The resulting indicator of religious behavior: involvement in the vital activities of the practices of non-traditional religious teachings, awareness of the activities of non-traditional religions and mystical teach- ings, involvement in the vital activities of the practices of these religions and teachings. The group of interested in non-traditional religious teachings comprises 40% of the youth surveyed. Of these, 32% are “practitioners” and 68% are “non-practitioners”. The micro-environment influences attitudes towards religion, nationalities, faiths, mi- gration, etc. The “practicing” youth have significantly more acquaintances, relatives, and friends who study or practice these teachings compared to the “non-practicing” youth (30% and 10%, respectively). It should be noted that young people included in the practice of non-traditional, Eastern religions and teachings have a deeper motiva- tion of interest in these religious teachings, according to all key indicators. The results of the empirical analysis showed the impact of the respondent's non-traditional religi- osity on some religious, national, ethno-confessional, and migration orientations. It was revealed that in relation to religious organizations of traditional confessions, “practitioners” are more skeptical compared to “non-practitioners”. The “practition- ers” are more negative in their evaluations of the Russian Orthodox Church and Mus- lim communities, and they note the “clericalization” of public relations more than the “non-practitioners” group. In the sphere of national relations in the typological group “practitioners”, the level of tolerance towards ethno-conf","PeriodicalId":277801,"journal":{"name":"Research Result Sociology and Management","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130614961","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They are the concrete examples of the changes in the consciousness of the (post) modern man and the forming of (non) religious identity, including reli- gion, unbelief, and spirituality. On the one hand, a significant number of “nones” and undefined believers are emerging in many Western countries, and on the other hand, there is the growth and religious mobilization of new and old religions, both in the Western world and beyond. Although secularization exists, it is difficult to call today's world secular, taking into account the simultaneous “return of religion” (often in new qualities and new forms) in some circumstances (Islam throughout the world, Christi- anity in the South), the decline of religion in others (the weakening of Christianity in the West, the widespread change and multiplication of religions and the spread of in- creasingly experimental, individualized, spiritual forms of religion). Religions enter into public sphere, there is growth of “fundementalisms” all over the world. Religions today are filling up with different content, implying “new religiousness”, “new” (en- riched by specific energy and vitality) old religious traditions: “new Islam”, “new Christianity”, “new Induism”, etc. And since they acquire a new quality of the post- secular (independence, passionarity, aspiration to embrace the whole world, when it is no longer “religion” that adapts to the world, but the world to religion), it is more logical to study them in the post-secular paradigm, not in the \"paradigm of seculariza- tion\".","PeriodicalId":277801,"journal":{"name":"Research Result Sociology and Management","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116692842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the comparative analysis of the data of two studies, the authors draw conclusions about the ambiguous manifestation of religious identity in the self-regulation of the life of young people. In different periods, it activates both traditional and modern meanings. For believers, compared with non-believers, love is understood much broader than the love between a man and a woman is more significant as the meaning of life. Along with the uncertainty-avoidance attitude inherent in believers, during the Covid-19 pan- demic, the value of a calm and comfortable life among them is significantly increased. The existential meanings of \"manifestation of one's individuality (self-realization)\" and \"striving for truth\", correlated with modern culture, are less valuable for believers than for non-believers. The ratio of the terminal and instrumental meanings of the family practically does not differ between believers and non-believers, but the significance of the terminal mean- ings themselves changes: for believers, “love” is less significant, but “need for a fam- ily” is higher. The ratio of terminal and instrumental meanings of labor is also similar. However, believers are characterized by the increased importance of the meaning of work as earnings during the COVID-19 pandemic. An analysis of the meanings of education shows the most pronounced instrumentalization among young believers than non-believers. The instrumentalization of the meanings of work and education is also associated with an attitude to avoid uncertainty in this group.","PeriodicalId":277801,"journal":{"name":"Research Result Sociology and Management","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124854326","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A number of serious Russian scientists, researchers of religious processes, express objections to the use of the concepts of \"post-secular society\", \"post-secularism\", considering the ongo- ing processes to be a continuation of secularization. Analyzing their arguments, the authors come to the conclusion that there is no reason to talk about the existence of a post-secular society in modern Russia. However, post-secularism as a communicative phenomenon with a normative perspective is quite an actual and empirically verifiable concept. Such fixed phenomena as reconfiguration, demarginalization of religion, in- terfaith competition, interfaith cooperation are new forms of public relations that can- not be evaluated as the results of either secularization or desecularization. The emer- gence of postsecular quality of communication creates conditions for the establishment of fundamentally new forms of relations between various ideological groups, as well as for the transformation of state-confessional relations. The formation of post-secular public relations creates both dangers and new prospects. The dangers are connected with the contradictions arising in connection with the return of religion to the public environment. Thus, the reconfiguration may threaten the clericalization of public life. At the same time, the demarginalization of religion is a condition for public dialogue between representatives of different ideological positions.","PeriodicalId":277801,"journal":{"name":"Research Result Sociology and Management","volume":"268 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124350091","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
