This is especially pronounced in microcurrent mode. An automated installation has been developed for measuring of the slope of the P-I characteristic of the LED in the current range of 5 µA … 3 mA. An example of a sample of green commercial LEDs shows the presence of a high correlation between the slope of the P-I characteristic and the defects density in the heterostructure of the LED. We reveal some quirks of modern human-consuming commercial CAEs, and their limitations. Next, we have described the main benefits and shortcomings of the open-source software development model (from the developers' perspective), which as we think suits our needs best. We have briefly overviewed some modern software technologies, on top of which any advanced CAE could be built. Most of them are open-sourced. In addition, we justify using Matlab technical computing language for prototyping domain specific CAE systems. To solve this problem in this paper consider the possibility as the SAS of using the principle of multi-channel conversion (MCC) of the energy flow. At that each of the M channels uses single-phase voltage source inverter (SPVSI) with pulse-width modulation (PWM) of the output voltage. Today they are often referred to as multichannel SPVSI. When all channels are fed from a common power supply source, the outputs of the M channels are connected in parallel through transfilters, which sum up the currents of the channels and partially perform the function of voltage filtering. This concept is characterized by significantly smaller difference in neighboring quantization levels both in the output voltages of SPVSIs and the resulting output voltage of SPVSIs with MCC. Feature of multichannel conversion by PWM in these solutions is the use of voltage levels optimized for minimum total harmonic distortion (THD) of output voltage and as well as modified solutions of transfilters. This reduces the installed capacity of the equipments. It considers the issues of electromagnetic energy absorption in the controlled medium and its further conversion into heat. The report further analyzes how electromagnetic waves pass through the air-ice and the ice-conductor interfaces. The analysis covers the reflection and refraction of electromagnetic waves as affected by the electrophysical properties of air and ice, as well as by the orientation of the angles of incidence and refraction. The method of accounting for the contribution of individual layers of the multilayer structure of a biological object to the measured brightness temperature is described. A system of rational parameters of antennas used in microwave radiometry has been developed. The paper presents a method for computational modeling of the design parameters of three waveguide antennas of various sizes using the finite-difference time domain (FDTD) method. In M - type devices, the potential energy of electrons passes into the energy of the microwave field, and the presence of a magnetic field is fundamentally important for the energy exchange process. The kinetic energy of electrons does not change on average over the period of RF oscillations. In this paper, we consider the case of how an electronic trajectory will change in a non-uniform magnetic field with different amplitudes of the variable component of magnetic induction.
