The total reflection from the obtained samples depends not only on the irradiation dose of the forming layer, but also on the dose of preliminary irradiation of the initial silicon wafer by in situ control. By studying the Raman spectra of the samples, it was confirmed that changes in the spectra take place both due to the effect of small doses of γ-quanta on the initial silicon wafers and due to the in situ effect of gamma radiation on the forming SiNWs. A feature of the resonator design is the use of a photonic crystal structure and fractals “Sierpinski's Triangle”. Fractal elements “Sierpinski Triangle” was made on a suspended ceramic substrate. The main frequency modes of oscillations were investigated - anti-phase and in-phase type of oscillations. The possibility of tuning the resonator to multiple resonant frequencies was examined. Several constructions of helix slow-wave structure (SWS) with different dielectric rods shapes (i.e., rectangular, wedge, T-shaped, and stairs) are analyzed in this paper. The use of the promising SWS construction with stairs-shaped dielectric rods allowed to obtain 47% increase in interactive impedance value compared to the initial SWS with rectangular BeO rods. Scrutiny of two rods materials (beryllium oxide and boron nitride) revealed that use of the latter one and three times reduction of rods width lead to 94 % increase in interactive impedance value compared to the first calculated SWS with thick BeO rods. Conducted wire geometry optimization provided minimum level of RF loss and sufficient heat dissipation. In the experiments the characteristics of VCO, tuned in bandwidth of 6 to 12 GHz, with an active diode converter connected to the control input of the oscillator were investigated. The control voltage converter is implemented on a low-noise amplifier and five Schottky diodes HSMS-281x. The article shows the possibility of reducing the tuning nonlinearity coefficient more than 2.8 times. Data on temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and some other parameters from the corresponding sensors is transmitted by the radiosonde to the ground station via radio channel. Since the advent of the first radiosondes, the situation with electromagnetic compatibility has deteriorated significantly due to the emergence of a large number of electronic equipment, both individual and military-industrial. Cellular communications, broadband access systems operating in close frequency ranges have appeared and are rapidly developing. The number of small spacecraft is constantly growing, some of whose radio channels can affect the signals of meteorological radiosondes. Powerful signals from GSM-1800 base stations can affect the receiving channel of ground-based meteorological systems. The article is devoted to the analysis of the mutual influence of modern sources and receivers of radio signals for various purposes and meteorological radiosondes, as well.
