The information parameter of such sensors is the shift of the maximum of the reflection wavelength under the action of the measured physical quantity. Wavelength shift measurement is done with special signal processing devices that are expensive. This article shows the possibility of using a general-purpose semiconductor laser to obtain the reflection spectra of fiber Bragg gratings is shown. The developed device allows us to obtain a reflection spectrum with a maximum resolution of at least 2 pm. In addition, the possibility of experimental registration of mode instability of a semiconductor laser is shown. The developed device can be used in a system for interrogating sensors based on fiber-optic Bragg gratings.","PeriodicalId":277559,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123162416","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its equivalent circuit (EC) has been developed. The adequacy of EC is confirmed by a computer experiment in which the thickness of the graphene helix was changed by 2 orders of magnitude. It is shown that the dependence of the frequencies of the antenna wave impedance maximums on the thickness of graphene is described by a universal function. In this case, the maximum frequencies remain stable up to a graphene thickness of ~250 µm.","PeriodicalId":277559,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122498725","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that due to anisotropic SW propagation in tangentially magnetized films the two-dimensional maps of SW intensity exhibit nonreciprocal properties without mirror symmetry with respect to optic axis of the focusing transducers. Due to chromatic aberration and caustics formation of the focusing transducers, the interference pattern of the focused SW beams depends on excitation frequency and is sensitive to local nonuniformities in YIG film. The obtained results demonstrate possibility to use curvilinear SW focusing transducers for information technologies based on magnonic optics.","PeriodicalId":277559,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132351282","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was shown that with an increase in Bc to 4 mTl, no change in the adjustment of B1-B3 values is required, since the change in pulsations and average radius is less than 10%. However, for Bc ≥ 6 mTl, it is necessary to tuning the matching of the beam with MPFS. To minimize the spread of Bc values, it is proposed to adjust the existing technology for magnetizing MPFS.","PeriodicalId":277559,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123484633","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that under the assumption that there is no significant divergence of elastic waves, the amplitude of the passed wave decreases due to its splitting into longitudinal and transverse waves, as well as due to the absorption of the elastic wave in the binding layer. The effect of reflection of longitudinal elastic waves and their absorption on the attenuation of the wave passing through the crystal interface for two binding materials: water and indium is appreciated.","PeriodicalId":277559,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"134 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131599045","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
