This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The employee analysis unit is 50 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings – Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that training in the good category, empowerment in the good category, and job satisfaction in the high category.Originality - This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of the training and empowerment on job satisfaction. The difference of this research with previous research is on the object in PT. Hal tersebut ditandaidengan rendahnya kinerja karyawan yang ditandai dengan tidak tercapainya targetperusahaan serta rendahnya penilaian kinerja karyawan. Belum optimalnya kinerjakaryawan harus segera ditindak lanjuti. Mengingat peran dari kinerja yang sangatpenting dan berpengaruh terhadap tercapainya tujuan perusahaan Pelatihan danMotivasi kerja dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasikerja, Kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan,Besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruhpelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Indo-Extrusions di Cimahi. Variabelbebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan dan motivasi kerja, serta variabel terikat(Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif danverifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explonatorysurvey dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang.
