The main step for its solution is the identification of equivalent entities and their descriptions. It is also known as the entity alignment (EA) problem. In recent years, EA methods based on embeddings of entities have been actively studied. Recent studies show that the quality of these approaches depends on how information about the structure of knowledge graphs and methods for constructing embeddings of entity names are used. This article presents experiments, the purpose of which is to improve the alignment of entities on the English-Russian dataset.","PeriodicalId":277406,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 24th Scientific Conference “Scientific Services & Internet – 2022”","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123940307","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditionally, routing engines find a path over a road graph, but the problem of off-road routing is also relevant. A polygon approximation method is proposed as applied to constructing a visibility graph on a plane, as well as pathfinding without constructing a complete graph for solving the problem of off-road navigation. The developed algorithm for finding supporting lines to a convex polygon on a plane and a hierarchical approach to building a visibility graph are described. The considered approaches are implemented in a software system and applied to real geographic data.","PeriodicalId":277406,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 24th Scientific Conference “Scientific Services & Internet – 2022”","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126513456","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The unified automated software complex Meteo+ under consideration is primarily designed for automation and management of infrastructure processes of collection, storage and analysis of the resulting numerical weather prediction modeling and atmospheric air quality assessment results. A common unified systematization of resources within the Meteo+ software package enables professionals in computational geophysics, who are engaged in collective development and improvement of their own computational models TSUNM3 and CTM, to focus on solving their application tasks, minimizing technical routine work on preparation, conducting and supporting calculations, and subsequent system storage, analysis and exchange of calculation results. In its final form, the unified automated Meteo+ software package described will offer: convenient online preparation and execution of computational models (TSUNM3, CTM and third-party WRF, CAMx); enhanced management and storage of computational results; and analysis and interpretation of data sets in tabular or graphical views.","PeriodicalId":277406,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 24th Scientific Conference “Scientific Services & Internet – 2022”","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132080956","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Formulas are an important component of research works, especially in mathematics, in natural sciences and in engineering disciplines. But most of the well-known modern search engines do not implement mathematical retrieval of texts from formulas. A mathematical search engine could solve many problems for authors doing some research and also for educational purposes also. In this paper, an approach to creating a mathematical search system for collections of documents, including those containing scanned images, is proposed: software tools and libraries are selected that allow them to be automatically translated into a structured form with possible error corrections. The paper presents a method for constructing an index and a fuzzy search algorithm. The proposed approaches are implemented in a prototype software system.","PeriodicalId":277406,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 24th Scientific Conference “Scientific Services & Internet – 2022”","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114364488","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These data were obtained as a result of the implementation of the project of the Russian Academy of Sciences for the study of the atmosphere in the North Atlantic (RAS-NAAD). The dataset provides many surface and free atmosphere parameters based on the sigma model and meets the many requirements of meteorologists, climatologists and oceanographers working in both research and operational fields. The paper analyzes the seasonal and longterm variability of the field of heat fluxes and water surface temperature in the North Atlantic. Schemes for analyzing diffusion processes were used as the main research method. Based on the given series of 40 years in length from 1979 to 2018, such parameters of diffusion processes as the mean (process drift) and variance (process diffusion) were calculated and their maps and time curves were constructed. Numerical calculations realized on the Lomonosov-2 supercomputer of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.","PeriodicalId":277406,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 24th Scientific Conference “Scientific Services & Internet – 2022”","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121163337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Historical milestones in the formation of the main standards for processing, describing and integrating digital video (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, MPEG-7, MPEG-21, H.263, H.264, H.265) are considered in the context of technology evolution to the current state. A special section of the article is devoted to the features of downloading, storing and organizing access to network video files using non-specialized file hosting, network storage, social networking services and video hosting. Because of comparing the properties of the names and descriptions of video files, their design and systematization through meta tags, categories, channels and playlists, recommendations were formulated for standardizing the functionality of video hosting. Particular attention is paid to optimizing the set of interactive services of network video players (playback speed and step forward length selectors, tables of contents, attachments, collective targeted notes, teasers, subtitles, end screens, attention retention analytics) in accordance with the intended purpose of the content used (storage, illustration of news and blogs, advertising, collection exposition, education, science and business). It is proposed to use a universal code for embedding video players in web pages of adaptive sites. The options for import substitution of basic and optional video hosting services are listed.","PeriodicalId":277406,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 24th Scientific Conference “Scientific Services & Internet – 2022”","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132696765","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The constructing subject ontologies task at the initial phase requires the an array of key terms formation in a given scientific are with the subsequent establishment of links between them. A similar task is in the encyclopedias formation in terms of the articles (slots) list generating that determines their content. One of the sources for the formation of the key terms array can be the metadata of articles published in the leading scientific journals. Namely, the author's key terms (\"keywords\" in the terminology of the journals editors) quoted by the article. To make a conclusion about the possibility of using this approach to the subject ontologies formation, it is necessary to conduct the author's key terms array preanalysis, both in terms of real correspondence to the main areas of research in this science branch and in terms of the distribution of the certain terms occurrence frequency. This article presents the results of the occurrence frequency analysis of the author's key terms in Russian and English, carried out on the software processing basis of several thousand articles from leading Russian journals in mathematics, computer science and physics, reflected in the MathNet database. An assessment was made of the distribution of key terms correspondence (as phrases) and individual words to the Bradford's law, and the key terms cores within the thematic direction were identified.","PeriodicalId":277406,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 24th Scientific Conference “Scientific Services & Internet – 2022”","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123399964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The investigation shows that the most articles (more than 59%) are written by a single author, 39% of articles are written by a group from 2 to 4 co-authors. 2% of articles correspond to scientific groups consisting from 5 to 44 co-authors. Such a structure of coauthorship shows that the known tendency of deliberate growing co-authorship does not correspond to our object of investigation. We show that the main features of the co-authorship graph, such as a fraction of the vertices as a part of the maximal connected component, diameter and the average path length are stabilized once the number of co-authors reach 4. Unlike the recommendations to allocate articles written by more than 10 co-authors to a separate category, in our work we can allocate publications written by 5 co-authors to such a single category.","PeriodicalId":277406,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 24th Scientific Conference “Scientific Services & Internet – 2022”","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121093669","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
