Root rots were detected in 691 of the surveys made in 866 fields in this region between the years 2015-2017, Root rots were detected in the late period close to the harvest period and in all periods, Rhizoctonia has been reported to be the most common among root rot. The causal organism was defined as R. spp. by visual diagnosis, isolation, microscopic observation and molecular methods. Sequence data of the ITS rDNA region confirmed the species identity of pathogens as Rhizoctonia. In our study to determine the effect of fungicides on the pathogen; 4 different doses of 8 different fungicides with Azoxystrobin, Fludioxonil, Flutolanil, Tolclofos-methly, Pyraclostrobin + Epoxiconazole, Difenoconazole + Propiconazole, Spiroxamine + Prothioconazole ve Sedaxane + Fludioxonil + Metalaxyl-M were used in petri dish and pot experiments with 2G isolate from Rhizoctonia solani AG-2-2-IIIB which is the most common and most virulent of the isolates obtained. The inhibition doses obtained in the petri mycellium experiment were not found effective in the pot experiment. Eastern Black Sea Region also has significant water potential in Turkey. This potential comes to life thanks to dam projects serving various purposes such as energy production, flood protection, drinking water and irrigation. Especially Dam Hydroelectric Power Plants (HPP) has an important position in the world and even Turkey. The dams that can serve different purposes gain importance in this region especially in terms of energy production. In terms of the energy produced and installed powers, the Eastern Black Sea Region hosts the numbered Dam HEPP projects of our country. The most important effect of these capacities is the high water potential. One of the most important parameters affecting dam energy production is installed power (GG) capacities and average energy produced. With these parameters, capacity factors of Baraj HEPP projects are important for the feasibility of projects. Capacity factor; is the ratio of the total amount of energy produced by the power plant in a certain period of time to the amount of energy it can produce at full capacity. This factor is a value that should be taken into account in the economic, technical and feasibility assessments of the project. With this study, the Dam HEPP projects located in the Eastern Black Sea Region were evaluated geographically. The installed power and energy production values of these projects were obtained, capacity factors were determined and comparisons were made between the projects. Countries were required to develop more enclosed governance and attitudes in economic and social terms. Uncertainties about how long the pandemic process will continue and whether similar processes may occur again, have forced countries to take precautions in social and especially economic terms. Within the scope of these precautions, countries with the ability to cut external dependence and meet all requirements from their own assets can easily cope with these processes and will be freer in an economic sense. This study aims to offer an insight into researchs that will be performed about natural rubber production using plants growing in our country. A research was performed into alternative plants to rubber trees, which only grow in certain areas of the world and are used for natural rubber production required for many areas of our lives. Plants which self-cultivate in nature, methods for obtaining natural rubber from these plants and materials with high economic value, apart from natural rubber, that can be obtained from these plants were studied. Many plants which grow naturally in nearly all regions of our country can form the basis for many types of material with high added value. Spatial belonging can be explained briefly as an emotional bond that develops against a specific environment. In the studies carried out in the historical environment, the subject of spatial belonging has been examined under the headings that affect the sustainability of the conservation process. In the conservation approach, besides the built environment, there is an approach to ensure the continuity of the region with its traditional life and social-cultural values. It is thought that cultural tourism, which is an alternative tourism type, will be beneficial in realizing this approach. Spatial belonging has been evaluated from different aspects in tourism activities. It has been demonstrated that tourists who leave satisfied with the region they visit develop a sense of attachment to the place and are more likely to revisit. Yoruk village, which is a historical settlement, has been chosen as a study area due to the problem of emigration and the continuity of its deep-rooted values. Cultural tourism has replaced traditional livelihoods in the region and has the potential to positively affect the conservation process. The aim of the study is to explore the potential benefit of spatial belonging as a way of helping tourism to use it more effectively in the region and to make suggestions for the use of the issue in conservation activities. Based on this, the study focused on the investigation of the emotional and functional ties that visitors feel towards the region. {"title":"Elektromekanik Yükle Tahrik Edilen Yumuşak Dielektrik Elastomerin Sıcaklık Karakterizasyonu","authors":"Ibrahim Karaman, Davut Şahi̇n","doi":"10.47898/ijeased.751806","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47898/ijeased.751806","url":null,"abstract":"Dielektrik elastomerler(DE), bir elektrik alanına maruz kalarak büyük deformasyonlar sağlaması, canlı kasına benzemesi ve sensör olarak kullanılabilmesi gibi özelliklere sahip bir polimer çeşididir.Bu çalışmamızda Dielektrik Elastomer Eyleyiciler (DEA)’lardayüksek gerilimde ve farklı frekanslarda meydana gelen sıcaklık değişimlerini araştırılmaktadır.DEA yüzeyinde kare, sinüs, ve üçgen dalga olmak üzere üç farklı elektriksel sinyal uygulanarak malzeme üzerindeki sıcaklık değişimleri test edilmektedir. Sıcaklık değişimleri farklı frekanslara, zamana ve gerilime bağlı olarak termal kamera yardımıyla zamana göre ölçülmektedir. Deneysel çalışmada DEA’lar üzerinde sıcaklıkların oluşması elektriksel sinyaller, gerilim, ortam sıcaklığı ve öngerme gibi etmenlerin etki ettiğini görülmektedir.DEA yüzeyindeki sıcaklık değeri kare dalga formunda yaklaşık 3 Hz de en yüksek değere ulaştığı görülmektedir. Aynı zamanda uygulanan gerilim ile sıcaklık değerleri doğru orantılı olduğu görülmektedir. Ozellikle otomotiv alaninda kullanilan sac malzemelerin, standart aralikta ve homojen dagilim gostermesi kaydiyla bir puruzluluk degerine sahip olmasi istenir. Homojen dagilan ve standartlari karsilayan puruzluluk degeri sayesinde sac malzemelerin sekillendirme kabiliyeti ve boya yapisma ozelligi iyilesmis olur. Bu calismada otomotiv ve beyaz esya sektorunde yogun bir sekilde kullanilan sekillendirme kabiliyeti yuksek olan DC04 kalite sac malzemelere temper haddeleme ile puruzluluk transferinde yaglayicinin etkisi (mineral yag) deneysel olarak incelenmistir. 500 µm ezme miktarinda yapilan deneylerde yaglayici kullanilan sartlarda daha az miktarda puruzluluk transfer edildigi sonucuna varilmistir. Ayrica 3D alan tarama goruntuleri ve malzeme orani egrileri (MRC) incelendiginde kuru sartlara gore daha homojen bir puruzluluk profili elde edilmistir. Bu çalışmada, ticari olarak tohumluk patates yumrusu üretimi ve satışı yapan bazı firmalardan alınan farklı çeşit patates numunelerinde görülen fungal hastalık etmenlerinden Rhizoctonia solani Kühn ve Fusarium spp.’nin yaygınlık oranları araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, özellikle ülkemizde çok sık yetiştiricilikleri yapılan bazı çeşitlerinden olan Marabel, Agria, Madeleine ve Marfona’dan oluşan toplam 48 parti patates temin edilmiş, bunlar fungal etmenlerin varlığı açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Tesadüfi olarak seçilmiş 90’ar adet patates yumrusundan oluşan partilerden analizler yapılarak etmenlerin yaygınlıkları belirlenmiştir.
