Fast image matching method was proposed to conduct the quality inspection of micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) chip. The advantages and disadvantages of gray projection based matching algorithm were analyzed. Then a compound projective feature matching method was put forward. VC based algorithm was given to achieve compound projective feature matching method. Compared with the traditional gray matching algorithm and the normalized cross-correlation algorithm, the ability to match and the match time of the proposed matching method were studied. Contrast with single direction of projection matching method, the matching accuracy of the given matching method was tested. Meanwhile the matching ability of proposed algorithm was test for a small angle rotation of image. It incorporates a self-tuning estimator with Recursive Extended Least-Squares (RELS) method to approximate the unknown parameters of a discrete-time single-input single-output local water quality model. The proposed self-tuning scheme can be implemented on-line to automatically tune the parameters and derive the controller using an indirect self-tuning procedure. When deriving the controller, the closed-loop tracking performance in achieving the desired level of the particular water quality parameter at the measured node is the primary consideration. Additionally, the influence of noise and disturbance on the local water quality model is considered. Hence, how to design an efficient and secure data aggregation mechanism becomes critical. In this paper, we present TBSDA-a trust-based secure data aggregation scheme. In TBSDA, secure data aggregation is achieved by behavior-detected trust evaluation and data assembling technique. The trust evaluation and data aggregation work synergistically. To solve the problem, more and more researchers implement the traditional clustering algorithms on the cloud computing platforms, especially for K-means clustering. But, few researchers pay attention to the K-means clustering structure, and most of researchers optimized the model of the cloud computing platform to raise the computing speed of K-means clustering. However the problem of instability caused by the random initial centers still exists. In this paper, we propose a K-means clustering algorithm with optimized initial centers based on data dimensional density. This method avoids the deficiency of the random initial centers and improves the stability of the K-means clustering. The findings indicate forum activities are a prominent predictor to the four criteria in assessments. Based on long-term teaching practices, we find that combining scientific research projects with experimental teaching has a significant impact on teaching effects and can greatly improve students' interest in experiments. Therefore, several effective improvements are proposed, including combining experiments with scientific research, applying multimedia network technology and establishing virtual experimental systems.
