The research approach used is a qualitative method with a grounded theory approach. Research subjects are parties who have an interest and are involved in job readiness, namely managers, employees, recruiters, and educators. There are fifteen subjects in this research. Data analysis was carried out in 4 stages: open coding, focused coding, axial coding, and selective coding to organize and integrate categories into a single category. Validation of this study was carried out by triangulation, namely by validating respondents. The researcher re-interviewed the participants by questioning the results of previous interviews to see the consistency of the data obtained. The results showed that five factors correlate with each other. The first is social support which includes support from the school environment, parents, and friendship. The second factor is the internal force which functions as a driving force for individuals to carry out a behavior. The third is the opportunity aspect. The fourth is the competency that includes how to work attitude of fresh graduates and their digital mindset. Individuals are ready to work if competence and persistence in the search can be carried out correctly. And the last selection readiness is about readiness to understand their position. This research is expected to become additional information for the future as an initial source in developing studies related to the work readiness of graduates. The study results show that it takes both internal and external strength to prepare fresh graduates for work.","PeriodicalId":274850,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings Series on Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124023721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Researchers conducted a psychometric analysis to determine the validity and reliability of the organizational justice scale. The organizational justice scale is based on three dimensions: distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. The pilot study involved 36 students who were members of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Indonesia. The validity test uses content validity, product-moment item selection while measuring reliability using Cronbach's alpha which is analyzed using SPSS version 25. The analysis results prove that 32 items are feasible and reliable with Cronbach's alpha value of 0.948. Thus, the organizational justice scale can be used for research on student organizations.","PeriodicalId":274850,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings Series on Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132054844","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The pain results in psychological symptoms such as anxiety, tension, anger, or emotion. Young women who cannot regulate their feelings properly are more likely to experience severe pain or so-called dysmenorrhea. Emotional regulation is the achievement of emotional balance performed by a person either from his attitude or behavior. This study aims to examine the regulation of emotions in young women who experience dysmenorrhea during menstruation. Assessment through aspects of emotional regulation, namely emotional regulation strategies, behaviors to achieve goals, control emotional responses, and acceptance of emotional responses. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data retrieval was conducted through semi-structured interviews of two primary informants and four secondary informants. Credibility using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis using interactive model data analysis. Having a positive and planned pregnancy will impact the psychological well-being of both mother and baby. This study describes the relationship between the affect and demographics of pregnant adolescents. Respondents consisted of 92 pregnant adolescents (19.6% trimester 1, 41.3% trimester 2 and 39.1% trimester 3), with an age range of 16 to 35 years (M = 18.99, SD = 2.899). Pregnant adolescents were asked to fill in the positive and negative influence scale (PANAS). The correlation coefficient of Cronbach’s alpha for the positive influence scale is 0.845. The correlation coefficient of Cronbach’s alpha for the negative influence scale is 0.676. Researchers used Chi-Square to determine the relationship between positive and negative influences with the demographic characteristics of adolescent mothers. The results of the description of the Positive affect were related to age (Asymp. Sig. = 0.000) and gestational age (Asymp. Sig. = 0.009). In contrast, the Negative affect was related to adolescent education (Asymp. Sig. = 0.013). These results underlie the process of adaptation of adolescent mothers in undergoing a healthy and planned pregnancy.","PeriodicalId":274850,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings Series on Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"221 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125694750","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Until now, all parties say that they have not found a way to overcome it because of the extreme situation that has never happened before. Empirical studies on the impact of the health crisis on physical, and mental health have become a priority to solve these arising problems (Schimmenti et al., 2020). Lockdown can affect the mental health of adolescents. The impact of lockdown or activity restriction can cause psychological stress on adolescents (Chen et al., 2020). Teens are supposed to be cut off from peers and school as everyone worries about illness and about their future which are beyond their control (Singh et al., 2020) Therefore this paper tries to contribute to overcoming these problems, especially in the adolescent age group. Basically, teenagers have creative potential, resilience, and resourceful, especially if they have supportive adults in their lives. Parents or adults around them need to talk with teenagers about their experiences during the Covid 19 pandemic and talk about any support they might need. Parents can help teenagers create a structure or activity plan during the Covid 19 pandemic. Although this plan may not be desirable at this time, it is something that is needed. Basically, teenagers need help to create and develop their strength and ability. Parents can help adolescents to build relationships with mental health resources either through school or in the community. They can set an example by finding healthy coping skills, such as meditation, peer support, counseling, and exercise.","PeriodicalId":274850,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings Series on Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130124090","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
