The Medicinal plants products today symbolise safety in contrast to the synthetics that are regarded as unsafe to human and environment. So the medicinal plants have a promising role in to prevent and as well as to cure the diseases. Andrographis is an important genus of the family Acanthacae known for its ethanomedicinal claims and for a variety of medicinal properties. Rhinacanthus nasutus has been used in various folk medicinal preparations and its chemical composition and pharmacological activities have been elaborated recently. Functional characterization of a protein sequence is one of the most frequent problems in biology. This task is usually facilitated by accurate three-dimensional (3-D) structure of the protein. The number of protein sequences that can be modeled, as well as the accuracy of the prediction, is increasing steadily because of the growth and number of known protein sequences and structures as well as improvements in the modeling software. It is currently possible to model, with useful accuracy. Significant parts of approximately one half of all known protein sequences. This research report render a futuristic summary of bioinformatics study of Rhinacanthus nasutus with emphasis on the current development and future directions, which shall provide tools and resources necessary to understand and uphold advances in this important field. The aim of the present study, 2 proteins of Rhinacanthus nasutus were analysed using bioinformatics tools. Structural prediction and functional characterization of proteins of Rhinacanthus nasutus were done using Expasy Protparm server, 3D structure was done using SWISS MODEL. Plants of different family showing identity 80% and above were selected and its sequences retrieved, aligned using Clustal Omega. phylogenetic tree was constructed for the aligned sequence. Structure prediction showed that α – helix, random coil, β – turn and extended strand predominates. Phylogenetic analysis of rbcl of Rhinacanthus nasutus reveals that the Plants of Verbenaceae, Bignonaceae, and Fabaceae family are closely related. Hence the present article includes the detailed exploration of Computational tools of protein, and bioinformatic aspects of R.nasutus in an attempt to provide a direction for further research.","PeriodicalId":274343,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF ADVANCED APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128935028","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The ligand and its mixed-ligand complexes have been characterized by microanalytical data, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, IR, UV-Vis., spectra. The data show that they have composition of the type [ML(ox)]Cl2 where M = Cu(II) and Zn(II). The UV-Vis. and magnetic susceptibility data of all these complexes have adopted square-planar geometry around the central metal ion. Moreover, these complexes have higher electrolytic nature confirmed by the molar conductance data. Furthermore, their magnetic susceptibility values provide evidence for the monomeric nature. From the cyclic voltammetric data, both complexes reveal that these complexes are quasi-reversible.","PeriodicalId":274343,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF ADVANCED APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121685391","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of these waste/ by-products are untreated and underutilized, it is either burnt, dumped/ end up in landfills. Safe utilization of these will prevent disease transmission and pollution. So it is important to find ways to treat this waste and give a second life. Food industries waste can be used as raw material in textile industry to produce value added products. Costumer’s need for special finish on textiles has generated many opportunities for innovative finishes. But these competitions for better sales and profit have led to environmental degradation. Hence finishing using sustainable means is the need of the hour and the investigator selected Citrus sinensis peel an organic waste for the study. Being an unavoidable part in textile treatments, finishes should be highly efficient, durable, and cost effective and manufactured in an environmentally sustainable manner. In this study Nanotechnology, Ultrasonic and Microencapsulation method has been carried out. From subjective evaluation conducted it is clear that nano particle coated fabric have better fragrance than microencapsules padded fabric. Tumor from benign to malignancies derives by gradual and progressive genetic alterations develop into a collection of neoplastic diseases. The parameters are assessed to indicate the extent and prognosis of the disease such as tumor node metastasis stage, tumor grade, microsatellite status, lymphovascular invasion. It is investigated KRAS mutation status in a metastatic to predict the response to anti-epidermal growth factor. CRC has been described that have prognostic and therapeutic relevance at a distinct molecular level. In the present study, the researcher recruited 65 CRC patients with different stages of the tumor at the right-sided colon, left-sided colon and rectum. We have also recognized left-sided was more complex than right sided CRC patents. In CRC, it has revealed the major differences in the characterization of inflammatory infiltrations and cells location in tumor types. All the patients were stratified into different prognostic and therapeutic groups with the help of these parameters. Though, CRC show intra-tumor heterogeneity due to not clear-cut stratification. However, several CRC patients with single tumor mutations show differences in their mutational status, morphology, inflammatory infiltrate and gene expression. In conclusion, the primary focus on the concept of molecular heterogeneity their metastases and clinical implication in CRC.","PeriodicalId":274343,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF ADVANCED APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH","volume":"127 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133720390","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
