Pan-sharpening (PS) is based on remote sensing and image fusion approach thatproduces a high spatial resolution multi-spectral image by merging spectral information from a low spatialresolution multispectral (MS) image with intrinsic spatial details from a high spatial resolution panchromatic(PAN) image. Traditional pan-sharpening methods continue to seek for a fused image that contains thenecessary spatial and spectral information. This work proposes a pan-sharpening method based on a recentinvention, convolutional sparse representation (CSR). Geometric structural characteristics are extracted fromthe PAN image using a CSR-based filtering procedure. The challenge of learning filters, convolutional basispursuit denoising (CBPDN), is handled using a modified dictionary learning method based on the concept ofAlternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM). The retrieved details are put into MS bands usingapplicable weighting coefficients. Because the proposed fusion model avoids the standard patch-basedmethod, spatial and structural features are preserved while spectral quality is maintained. The spectraldistortion index SAM and the spatial measure ERGAS improve by 4.4 and 6.2 percent, respectively, whencompared to SR-based techniques. The computational complexity is reduced by 200 seconds when compared \u0000to the most recent SR-based fusion technique. The proposed method's efficacy is demonstrated by reduced-scale and full-scale experimental findings utilising the QuickBird and GeoEye-1 datasets.","PeriodicalId":274343,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF ADVANCED APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130118815","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, the low frequency-components of all the images are obtained byapplying Fourier Transform on each image, which positioned at corner position of image, shifted to the centralposition. Low-frequency component of each individual image is then scrambled with help of Arnold cat mapwith its parameters and combined all scrambled image to form a single image with the same size that of originalimage which is now ready for encryption process. Here, parameters of Arnold cat map and transform order of 4-WFRFT treated as secret keys which are converted from Permanent Account Number (PAN) of authorize person.The encrypted image information generated by authorize person can be recovered by applying PAN at receiverside.","PeriodicalId":274343,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF ADVANCED APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128116881","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper presents a fast boundary element algorithm in seismic analysis of two-dimensional elastic media for the first time. In the proposed method, instead of the usual node-to-node, a method of cell-to-cell relation method is implemented by hierarchy tree structure. In addition, the Plane Wave Time Domain algorithm and the Iterative method has been used to solve a system of equations which increases the speed of network convergence, especially in high degrees of freedom that has not been used in the study of the seismic waves’ response yet. Nowadays, this new algorithm adopts for investigating the response wave fields of electrical, magnet [1], acoustic and thermal conductivity which are discussed in details in various articles and books.","PeriodicalId":274343,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF ADVANCED APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116765963","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In presence of inhibitor the corrosion inhibition efficiency offered by 50 ppm of Cu-HUF is 80 %. The corrosion inhibition was observed due to the formation of more stable and compact protective film on the mild steel surface at minimum concentration. The surface film formed over the mild steel surface was confirmed by IR spectra. The surface of the samples exposed to the inhibited solution was analysed using SEM and EDAX techniques. Fifty-five upland rice varieties (URVs) were evaluated using 12 traits in three seasons. Traits culm length (CL), days to 50% flowering (DF), days to maturity (DM), flag leaf length (FLL), flag leaf width (FLW), grain length (GL), grain width (GW), one thousand grain weight (OTGW), plant height (PH), panicle length (PL), productive tillers (PT) and yield (YCC) had an overall mean of 102.7 cm, 55.3 days, 91.2 days, 37.9 cm, 1.6 cm, 8.69 mm, 2.92 mm, 21.2 g, 120.6 cm, 26.5 cm, 6.7 tillers and 2.25 t/ha, respectively. STAR V2.01 provided a combined analysis of variance (ANOVA) and found a high significance among URVs in all traits with corresponding coefficient of variation range of 3.3% (DM) to 24.16% (YCC). H2b on the other hand had a range of 89.3% (PH) to 99.2% (OTGW) while RAM had a range of 14.5% (GL) to 91.7% (YCC). It was CL, DF, DM, FLL, GL, OTGW, PH, PL and YCC with H2b >95% were highly heritable and FLL, FLW, PL and YCC with RAM >30% were high in genetic gain. Therefore, bigger flag leaves (FLL and FLW) as first indicator and yield as last indicator could be recommended in deciding what genotypes to keep and develop in the upland breeding process.","PeriodicalId":274343,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF ADVANCED APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129456339","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Shoots were cultured using nodal segments from 20 days old field grown young plant. The nodal explants were cultured on MS medium supplemented with different concentrations of BAP and KIN. The two cytokinins tested, KIN was found to respond well in shoot multiplication and number of shoots from the nodal explants when compared to BAP. Large number of shoots was induced from all the concentrations of both BAP and KIN. BAP was found to develop in shoot multiplication and higher number of shoots from the nodal explants when compared to KIN. The highest frequency of 100% shoot induction was observed on MS basal medium supplemented with 8μM BAP and 10 μM KIN. Matured shoots are isolated and then transferred to the MS basal medium supplemented with different concentration of NAA and IBA for root induction. The higher number of roots were produced in 30 days on MS basal medium supplemented with 10 μM IBA and 6 μM NAA. Soap nut (SN), whose botanical name is Sapindus mukorossi, seems to have similar properties. It is saponin, the major component present in soap nut, which is responsible for its antimicrobial and film forming property. There are many reports to support that up to a certain limit saponin can be used for edible purpose.2In this study the synergistic preservative effect of chitosan and soap nut aqueous solutions on fruits and vegetables was evaluated. At first, the antimicrobial effect of CS, SN and [CS+SN] in the film form was studied against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia Coli. As expected the film CS+SN exhibited more antimicrobial activity with 25 mm and 23mm zone of inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia Coli respectively. The potential of CS+SN as a preservative was evaluated by spraying a known concentration on different regional fruits like lemon, banana, tomato and orange. Different concentrations of [CS+SN] - 250ppm and 125ppm, along with CS-500ppm, SN-500ppm and water, were compared, where water served as the control. Fruits sprayed with [CS+SN]-250ppm solution, showed significant delay in the change of weight loss, decay percentage, pH, as compared to control fruits. It also maintained better visual quality than CS and SN coated as well as control samples. These findings suggest that [CS+SN], with its synergistic preservative potential will maintain the fruit quality and lead to better acceptance by consumers. Thus Chitosan along with soap nut solution will be a cost effective, eco-friendly and easy to utilize preservative system.","PeriodicalId":274343,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF ADVANCED APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117030815","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The influence of solution pH, sorbent dose, copper (II) ions concentration, contact time, and temperature was studied. The copper (II) ions adsorption was favored with maximum adsorption at pH 6.5. Sorption equilibrium time was observed in 60 min. The equilibrium adsorption data were correlated with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models. The kinetics of the adsorption process was tested by pseudo-second order, Elovich and intraparticle diffusion models. It was shown that adsorption of copper (II) ions could be described by the pseudo-second order kinetic model. Thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energy (ΔG0), the enthalpy (ΔH0) and the entropy change of sorption (ΔS0) have also been evaluated and it has been found that the adsorption process was spontaneous, feasible, and exothermic in nature. The results indicated that activated KANC can be used as an effective and low-cost adsorbent to remove Cu (II) ions from aqueous solution.","PeriodicalId":274343,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF ADVANCED APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123693925","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
