In NPC inverter topologies with more than three-level, the problem of charge balance in the split dc-link capacitors is still discussable. Hence, the most important advantage of the proposed pulse width modulation (PWM) control method is keeping the charge balance of capacitors in the neutral point (NP). To check the correct operation of the proposed PWM control method, the structure of conventional three-phase NPC five-level voltage-source inverter is also used. In this paper, different combinations of permissible switching states for five-level NPC inverter based on voltage-source is presented. Moreover, the control signals are explained for NPC five-level voltage-source inverter by using both conventional and proposed PWM control methods. In this paper, a comparison between conventional and proposed control methods is performed. The simulations performed in PSCAD software are done for both conventional and proposed PWM control methods. The FMFT developed on GUI function of MATLAB software, computes the electromagnetic waves of spectrum domain (mode) including incident wave, reflected wave and transmitted wave to propagate in waveguide (Aluminums materials). Various combinations of mathematical model have been analyzed to describe system characteristics. The performances of the FMFT based on Wave Iterative Computation (WIC) are illustrated using a waveguide iris filter. In the high voltage applications, the supercapacitors are connected in series, so that the voltage imbalance will occur because the SCs are not identical. This different parameters of the cells caused by many factors for instance the internal parameters of supercapacitors (Capacitance, Equivalent Series Resistor, Self-discharge rate). To avoid imbalance problems, balancing or equalizer circuit are required. There have been several cell voltage equalization techniques which are proposed. Generally, these cell voltage equalization methods can be categorized in two groups, dissipative cell voltage equalization method and non-dissipative cell voltage equalization methods. As a result, the automatic suspect vehicle detection emerges as one of effective tools to tackle the problems. The law enforcement information and data generated by vehicle sensors are necessary to identify criminal or suspect vehicles that crossing the checkpoint. However, the traditional process is not effective and accurate. It is unable to classify the criminal or suspect vehicles if they are forged license plate or changed color, brand or type illegally. This paper proposes a new framework for automatic suspect-vehicle detection, with an improvement of illegal vehicle classification. It compares legal vehicle records obtained from Department of Land Transport (DLT) with those of vehicles crossing checkpoint. Also, DLT's legal vehicle records can be used to improve criminal or suspect vehicle detection. From extensive experiments, the results show that the proposed framework can increase the detection accuracy rate 27.51% beyond the traditional counterpart. Any information and services can be retrieved from the website. However, the most valuable content of the website is still a text which is related to the topic or category of the websites. But there has only few researches focusing on categorizing Thai language information. The rest of researches which focus on Thai language information do not use the automatic system. Moreover, the complexity of the algorithms and computation time are high. These models are not flexible to add any new terms that occur all the time. In this paper, we propose the automatic keyword extraction system and Thai website categorization system which can automatically update the dictionary and categorize website in Thai. The dictionary is a collection of vector which is created from the automatic keyword extraction system. An extractive, unsupervised graph-based ranking model TextRank is employed to highlight the differences between both approaches. To assist the sleep physician in evaluating of patients, a new automatic sleep stage classification system needs to be developed. So this is the aim of this work based on Electroencephalography (EEG) and Electrocardiography (ECG) for Sleep apnea patients. This article proposes two importance topics, the first is the new feature of EEG signal using a simple statistical technique and the results prove that the various sleep stages can be discriminated more clearly at significant levels (p<<0.05). Second, the dimension reduction is proposed based on the Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA) technique that explores possible correlated multi-sources to improve the sleep stages classification at 95.42% accuracy by using random forest classification. The proposed grounded inductance simulator is realized with a single VDBA, one grounded capacitor and one floating resistor. The equivalent inductance value of the simulator can be adjusted electronically through the transconductance parameter of the VDBA. The effect of the VDBA non-idealities on the realized simulator is analyzed in detail. As an application, active second-order current-mode highpass/bandpass filter is designed using the proposed variable lossy inductance simulator.
