Untuk itu diperlukan penambahan kapasitas jalan raya yang memenuhi unsur keselamatan pengguna jalan dan tidak mengganggu ekosistem di sekitarnya. Namun pada saat ini banyak ditemui jalan yang mengalami kerusakan seperti jalan Subarang Taram, Kabupaten Limapuluh kota. Pada titik tertentu,jalan ini mengalami kondisi sangat memprihatinkan. Kondisi jalan ini yang mengalami kerusakan berupa jalan yang berlobang, retak buaya, tambalan, pelepasan butiran, retak pinggir sehingga mengganggu kenyamanan dan keamanan pengguna jalan. Pengambilan judul ini bertujuan untuk menghitung tebal perkerasan lentur (Flexible Pavement) dengan menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2017 dan metode Analisa Komponen 1987. Perhitungan untuk mengetahui ketebalan perkerasan jalan ini menggunakan dua metode, yaitu metode bina marga 2017 dan metode analisa komponen 1987. Perhitungan untuk perkerasan jalan ini diawali dengan menghitung data tanah, menghitung lalu lintas kendaraan, dan menghitung tebal perkerasan untuk masing-masing metode. Untuk metode bina marga 2017 didapat lapisan AC WC 40 mm, AC BC 60 mm, AC Base 0 mm, LPA Kelas A 400 mm. Metode analisa komponen 1987 didapat laston 75 mm, batu pecah kelas A 200 mm, dan sirtu kelas A 110 mm.Kata Kunci : Jalan, Perkerasan Lentur, Lalu Linta, Metode Bina Marga 2017, Metode Analisa Komponen 1987. Dengan luas Nagari : 111,58 Kilometer Persegi atau 34,41 persen dari luas Kecamatan Talamau. From the results of this structural analysis, the reinforcement structure is obtained from author's analysis. For reinforcement of floor slabs, reinforcement is used for the direction of x = 13 – 150, while the direction of y = 13 – 150. Column planning uses steel fy = 400 Mpa and concrete quality fc' = 24.9 MPa with a column size of 50 cm x 50 cm . Like the Jorong Lundar area which has a rice field area of ± 150 ha. However, irrigation channels are still not smooth and there are still many rice fields that are not fed by water. Various efforts have been made to increase food production yields, but there are still many people who cannot grow rice. The researcher reviewed how the water shortage was in the Jorong Lundar rice field area and calculated the water discharge requirement for the flow of water to the rice fields. Data collection in this study is divided into two, namely primary and secondary data collection and uses rainfall data for the last 10 years. processing the data using the harsper method and the gumbel method. Based on the calculation of the design dimensions of the channel with a cross-sectional area of 1.7 m² and the channel discharge when flood water is 2.87 m³/sec, the results of secondary irrigation canal planning are obtained where Q 5.65 m3/s is able to accommodate the highest water discharge with Qmax 2, 87 m3/s. The results of calculations using the Gumbel method for R 5 TH are 130 mm, the results of calculations using Harspers are 2.87 m3/sec. The results of data analysis and calculations are expected to be used as input and reference by the relevant agencies. It is necessary to have an active role from the community so that they can maintain the smooth process of irrigating water and maintain water structures so that the irrigation area can provide benefits to the agricultural community. If the technique used is not good, it will have a negative impact on project performance and can cause losses in terms of cost, quality, and time. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause rework and what are the dominant factors that cause rework in the implementation of building construction projects in Payakumbuh City. The tests carried out include validity, reliability, and descriptive analysis based on mean values with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows version 21.0 programme.This research identifies 10 factors that cause rework, the factor of lack of team work, the factor of wrong decision making, the factor of using tools that are not correct or not according to their function, the factor of the situation drawn with the field does not match. The factor of poor information flow from related parties, the factor of weak supervision of technical specs, the weather factor that causes delays in project implementation, the factor of incomplete contracts, the factor of acceleration due to owner requests, the factor of unexpected underground conditions. Sehingga dapat mengetahui berapa besar kekurangan dari lahan parkir pada Balaikota Padang Panjang. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan pendekatan Rumus Z Ruang parkir yang dibutuhkan yaitu sebesar 642 SRP, maka ruang parkir sepeda motor tidak memenuhi kebutuhan karena ruang Parkir yang tersedia hanya 213 SRP. In using public transport services, people pay tariffs according to government. Changes in economy give an impact on public transportation tariffs. Tariffs of public transportation should match the BOK's calculations analysis. The study conducted a calculation analysis of BOK in determined tariffs public transportation of KUD route of Sungai Pua – Bukittinggi. An analysis based on BOK has been obtained there is a discrepancy between tariffs by government and in the field based on BOK. Tariffs that determined by government and in the fields in amount of Rp. 5.000,00 and the result based on BOK, tariffs on Monday about Rp. 4539.94 until Rp. 4.969,02 and Saturday about Rp. 4173,99 until Rp. 4.969,02. It can concluded that the differences between tariffs, determine by government and in the field with tariffs based on BOK calculations about Rp. 271,65 on Monday and Rp. 493,80 on Saturday. The aim of this study are for public transportation entrepreneurs to provide prime services to people who use public transportation and government are expected to issue policies that will increase the interest of public to use public transportation services. Hal tersebut membuat kegiatan bersepeda di kawasan wisata pantai Padang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Namun kegiatan bersepeda di kawasan wisata pantai Padang masih bergabung dengan kendaraan bermotor lainnya sehingga menimbulkan kurang aman dan nyaman bagi pengendara sepeda. Pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu. Berdasarkan hasil survei geometrik dan survei lalu lintas yang dilakukan untuk rencana jalur khusus sepeda di Jalan Samudera pada kawasan wisata pantai Padang, hasilnya mendukung untuk direalisasikan, dengan volume lalu lintas tertinggi 1093,2 skr/jam di ruas kiri dan 1036 skr/jam di ruas kanan, dan di dapat nilai kapasitas jalan sebelum ada jalur sepeda 3082,147skr/jam dengan nilai Level Of Service B. Rencana jalur sepeda akan dibuat di badan jalan dengan lebar 1.5 m untuk satu lajur. Dengan nilai kapasitas setelah ada jalur sepeda 2739,686 skr/jam dan didapat nilai Level Of Service B.
